The only positive is the faculty and everything else is bad.

Placements: The college management at first didn't want to provide us any campus interviews. They just told us that it would be better if all of us do out PG and then start looking for placements. So there was no placement offered at first and then 1 company interviewed us and no one were recruited. .

Satisfied with the college, but there is a scope for improvement.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, and many companies have visited our campus for recruitment. The salary packages offered varied from every to year. Almost 70% of the students were placed last year. Companies like Deloitte, Jaro Education, Practo, etc., have visited our campus to conduct placements drives. The salary packages offered were decent. But, for the students of HR specialisation, very few companies are visiting the college.

A review on Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies.

Placements: The placements provided by our college are not up to the expectations. At the very beginning, they made a lot of issues for providing placements, then later, they brought some companies to give away the placement. Very few people have got the placements if we look into the count of the students. The highest package offered is nearly 4.5 lakhs per annum, and it is only provided to 2 students of the college restate less in the offer.

Dissatisfied with the promises given by the college.

Placements: In the placements, there have been 2 companies, i.e., 1 for BBA which was Jaro and other for B.Com which was Deloitte. Other than that, no company came to the campus so far, and they have promised in the beginning that we will get placed in a company at the end of the course, and they are trying to bring even more companies.

I am very happy to be a part of Ramaiah because of good placements and friendly nature.

Placements: The placement was not that bad. 75% placements have happened and the salary was between 2.5 -5.5 LPA. TCS, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank etc visited for placements. Neither I know much details about the internship, nor I know anything about the stipend. I just completed my 1st year BBA and my batch is the 2nd batch. The placements were for the MBA students.

Absolutely dissatisfied and no good placements.

Placements: I don't think so many of my batch students were placed because they want to pursue higher studies and there are no good placements which offer you the high pay and mostly the jobs were marketing for finance stream there were less opportunities and I don't recommend the placement.

Review of Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies.

Placements: So the percent of students placed in our course is around 80 percent and the highest package of our course was 4 lakh p.a., and the lowest was 2 lakh p.a. Wipro, TCS, Greet Technologies, and Accenture recruited for our course. A maximum of 65 to 74 percent of students in our course got internships based on accounting processes.

It was a good college that provided excellent lectures.

Placements: I was a leader in our college. I was a project leader and I was handling 6-8 students. So many companies visited our college for placements. Campus recruitment was a programme conducted within universities or other educational institutions to provide jobs to students nearing completion of their studies. In this type of programme, the educational institutions partner with corporations who wish to recruit from the student population.

Dissatisfied with the placements, fests and faculty.

Placements: We didn't have placements. Only one company has shown up, and that was Cargill. They conducted aptitude test, and hardly, three got selected. They also got rejected in the final round. We did not have any internships. We did not get any information on what roles were offered to the students.

It would be better to upgrade the college.

Placements: Almost 10% of the students of our batch got placed in Deloitte, big four and Jaro. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA from Deloitte, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA from Jaro. Jobs offered from Jaro were contract-based but not permanent.

There are no career opportunities or growth in this college.

Placements: Our institute makes fake promises about placements, and they show the list of all tire-2 and 3 companies. None of the companies visited here from the last 2 years. There is a placement officer who just keeps sharing the details about the call centre-related jobs in the placement groups to showcase that they are sending details about some opportunities.

I am highly disappointed.

Placements: Placements were not provided to our batch, and neither any of the placements were provided to our senior batch. They just take you to some campus pool interviews, and the rest is on the students. They have to do everything on their own. I have one of the worst experience.

Dissatisfied because of poor quality of faculty and education.

Placements: 30 percent of the students got placement. The highest salary offered was 6 lakh p. a and the lowest salary offered was 2.4 lakh p. a. Companies like Tata, TCS, Mahindra, Cisco and Bajaj finance visited the campus.
