Personal opinion on New Horizons College.

Placements: Since I've opted for B.Com with CA, the admission person said there's an average package of 3L to 5L. The college also offers various companies for recruitment, and the internship is arranged by them. Training is done by the college itself, and the placement rate is 90%.

Review of New Horizons College, Marathahalli .

Placements: The average percent of students placed in BBA courses at New Horizons College, Marathahalli, is 100% (i.e., anyone who has sat for placement has gotten a job). The average package for the management students as a fresher would be around 400000 (4 lacs per annum) and the highest has reached 10,00,000 (10 lacs per annum) as a fresher.

It's been great here in this college.

Placements: There is no placement in this college for the students studying B.Com. Here, the student services have to search for a job after the completion of their course in companies that look for freshers. There is no internship offered to the student studying at the college; the college staff only supports the students to gain a lot of experience in their field of study.

This college is second home for students.

Placements: Around 100% of students got placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 3.84 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 6.2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are JP Morgan, Cisco, Oracle, etc. Companies generally hire students from human resource and marketing.

I am absolutely happy to study at this institution because it has good teachers.

Placements: About 80% of the people were placed. The lowest salary package is Rs. 10,000 per month and the highest salary package is Rs. 35,000 per month. Infosys and Oracle are the best companies that visited our college till now. Roles offered are front officer, team manager, event manager, accountant, auditing, and group leader.

Dissatisfied with the management but infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: We have a class strength of nearly 100 students and only 8–10 students got recruited for campus placements. The average package offered is 3 lacs per year. Companies like Dell have also visited to recruit students from our college. They conduct various placement drives.

It is a very good college with placements and other extra amenities.

Placements: Almost everyone who opted for placements is getting placed. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA for BCA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, DXC, and Deloitte. They provide 100% placements. It's also easier to clear the aptitude, technical, and HR rounds.

The campus is quite good for medium courses.

Placements: In this covid outbreak, most of the companies did not show much interest, so the placements are quite average. As per now, the highest package offered is 10 LPA for my course. The internships are quite average, and the percentage can be less than 25. It is all because of covid outbreak, otherwise, the placements are quite good.

I would give 3 out of 5 for this college.

Placements: Our college is located in Kadubeesanahalli Bengaluru beside NH 44, and it is surrounded by many corporate companies and Cafes. Almost 80% of the students who opted for placements got placed in companies. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.1 LPA. The top recruiting company for the 2018-19 batch was IG Group.

Good placements, and teachers are the best in achieving their vision.

Placements: There are 100% placements in the college. Everyone gets placed. Many companies visit the college for placements, and the college has good soft skills trainers to train us for interviews. The companies also offer good salary packages. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, KPMG, and many other companies visit the campus for recruitment.

The college was great. It offered good education, campus and canteens.

Placements: Many of my friends in our college were placed in many good companies, and are experiencing a good working environment in their workplace. But, we didn't attend the placements programme and regret it now. There were many companies, and the participation of students in the placement programme was also good.

Our college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are a bit challenging for students. I faced an official interview for the first time. Till now, only Wipro visited our college for recruitment. The stipend offered by Wipro was in between Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month. There is a placement cell in our college, and the members in the placement cell are very supportive and understanding. Not all the companies visited our college to offer placements.

An average business school.

Placements: Of everything in this college, the placement cell is good. Since the college guarantees 100% placement, the placement officer (MS. Manisha) tends to be unfair, and also the college takes a bite off your salary in some percentage for about 3-6 months depending on the package.

Absolutely satisfied with the college because of its facilities and the opportunities.

Placements: People do get placed in different companies. I knew some of my seniors who have been placed in companies like Cognizant and TCS. A minimum of 60% in academics is what is required to be eligible for placements. One of my seniors who has been placed in cognizant got a package of 4 lakhs per year.

Great faculty and facilities.

Placements: The process for placement is organised and well-reserved. Banks and corporate companies provide placements in our college. Companies and banks which visited our college during 2016 are DBOI, Northern Trust, Great - West Global, TCS, etc. DBOI did the mass recruitment for the year 2016 and provided training session during the last semester for all the students who were selected for the same.

A very nice place to study its academic standards are very good a great place to learn management

Placements: There were very few placements as not many companies come for campus placements but among the few that came had come only for finance roles and preferred finance background students. The packages were good for a fresher at around 2.5 lacs to 3.2 lacs. The companies that came are Capgemini, Axis and E&Y. The placements are not very good as it is not a very highly raked B-school and attracts very few corporate companies during placements. The internship also should be done on our own and the colle...

Infrastructure and few best staff are there for subjects like HR, Accounts. As a student I will rate it only 6 or 7 out of 10. Their quality education is good but it’s limited to Engineering section. They have not so good teachers for bcom etc. I had completed my BBM in 2014 but till now i haven’t got my mark sheets. Management is not up to the mark.
