It is a post-graduate science college for only boys, and it is well-equipped with facilities.

Placements: In our college, most of the students opt for higher education in institutes like IISERs, IISc, TIFR, NIBMG, etc., after passing out of college. Direct placements are less, so if you want to get a research environment, you can join this college. TCS and some other companies provide direct placements here. Students are highly encouraged to do internships.

Our college achieved NIRF 2019 8th college rank.

Placements: It is a B.Sc based college, so there are no placements like engineering, the management or nursing colleges. Salary packages are not offered in our course, and none of the companies visits here to offer jobs. Students who are eligible for inspire scholarship can try for it and can attend internship programmes of some institutes like IIT. Average of 10-20% of the students try for these internships. Students are offered the role of a physicist in our course.

I'm really happy with our college.

Placements: It's an autonomous college, and our college doesn't provide any placement facility. After completing B.Sc or M.Sc in botany, we can join in biotechnology lab in the botany department as post-diploma students. After completing that course, there's an opportunity to work in many companies by contacting the coordinator of PG botany.

It is an autonomous college with good infrastructure and excellent faculty members.

Placements: It's actually a science college for a bachelor degree in Physics. So, campusing, placement in companies, salary is not involved with this college. But every year several (7-8 students out of 50-60) students get very good opportunities to get admission in the world-class institutions of this country for higher education through qualifying some tough exams and interviews after completing their undergraduate course with awesome scholarships and fellowships. And also several students apply for the c...

The best College in West Bengal in terms of infrastructure, cultural heritage and faculty

Placements: Since it's B.Sc course, so in general there are no placements but many students from my batch made it to IISER Bhopal through IIT JAM. The teachers healped them a lot in their preparation. Also they've helped many students including me for independent internship programmes in many firms and private companies

Review of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College.

Placements: Placements are decent in this college. It is not a technical college. However, there is substantial placements assistance provided to students in almost departments of study. There is no steady improvement over the years in placements.

I am satisfied with good facilities, very good infrastructure and campus surroundings.

Placements: About 40-50 students are admitted to the B.Sc course in our chemistry department. An average of 50 students is admitted every year in all streams like math, physics, computer science, botany, zoology etc. As it is a scientific college, all courses are bachelor degree, a masters degree and PhD, so salary packages are not offered. Still, many students from our college got high standard universities for their M.Sc and PhD. None of the companies visited here. About 30 to 40 of the students enrolled ...

It is one of the best colleges. I recommend others to take admission in our college.

Placements: Almost 55% of the students got placed in the course. The highest salary package is offered in the computer science course, and other courses are offered with average salary packages. There are no top companies for this course, and internships are also not offered for our course.

This is my dream college, and I am so happy to study in this college.

Placements: I am in B.Sc. 2nd year, 3rd-semester. A minimum of 3,000 students study in my course. The college is not a government college, and this is a normal college. 50-60% of the students got internships from my course.
