Placements: At Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), the placement statistics for the 2024 batch reflect strong outcomes across various disciplines. The highest salary package offered was 50 LPA, while the average package for Computer Science and IT branches stood at around 9.8 LPA. Core branches averaged 5.7 LPA. Top recruiters included prestigious companies like Amazon, VMware, and Infosys, with Amazon offering a package of 30 LPA and VMware around 22 LPA. For internships, many students secured positions in companies like CRED, which offered the highest stipend of 1 lakh per month. The roles varied from software developers to data analysts, with significant participation from IT giants like Cognizant and Accenture.

Placements: 80-90 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest package was 30-35 lakh per annum, and the average was 4-6 lakh per annum. Companies like TCS, Darwinbox, Accenture, Nutanix, Tata, and Infosys have visited, and 80-90 percent of students get internship offers, including HR internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is amazing. Every branch faculty provides hands-on experience. Practical labs are conducted regularly, and doubt-clearing sessions are held. Our college has separate hostels for girls and boys, along with a canteen, food services, and various sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience. They clear our doubts and teach with the help of presentations, making it easy to understand concepts. Semester exams are based on what is taught in class.

RCOEM MBA placement review .
Placements: Placements are not good for MBA; the average package they offer is 2.5 lacs, which is very low for MBA students. Whereas packages and placements in engineering are a lot better at the college. The companies that come for placement are small startups from Nagpur only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and modern, with greenery all over the campus. The classrooms are well equipped with projectors and screens. Also, a basic facility, a computer lab, and a library are available. Also, labs have full access to the internet to download study materials.
Faculty: The faculty is good, with a lot of experience in the subject and domain fields. The faculty is supportive and helps in development. Also, there are 2 semester exams per year with level papers held on campus. Apart from this, the industry visits every year.

Pretty average college. But offers better placements than any other college in the city.
Placements: Around 80% of students are placed with an average package of 7.5 lakh per annum. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, JP Morgan, Fivetran and TCS. They are all recruited as frontend developers, full-stack developers, etc. Students are offered internships at the beginning and on that basis they are given jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty average. The college also provides certain basic facilities like a canteen, library, and WiFi. Labs are also well equipped with up-to-date computers and lab assistants are always there to help you resolve the problems. College hostels have facilities of Wi-Fi, gym and mess.
Faculty: All the teachers here are well qualified. But there are only a few of them who teach well. Most of the time, students have to study on their own or with material provided by the teachers. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and the exams counted are also of moderate level.
Other: I chose this course for the curriculum it offers . I was interested in coding and stuff. But I wish there were more practical subjects instead of theoretical ones. Events and festivals in college are pretty average; there are hardly any events happening though. RBU doesn't offer any scholarships to the students, whereas there is no encouragement for extracurricular activities.

Good placement and environment .
Placements: My course batch has not been passed out yet; the 1st placement is yet to happen as this course was introduced 2 years ago, but as it originated from an electronics engineering course, above-average students have been placed in this course. 9 lacs was the highest package in electronics when I had taken admission in college, and the average of this course is 4.5 lacs, which is pretty good as in the electronics domain, the starting salary is low but the growth is exceptional.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in our college. Campus is small, but the infrastructure is very good. This year's new building is also inaugurated by the vice president of our college. Mess food and hostels are also good. The only issue is that the rooms are relatively small for a hostel. Also, there is a canteen in our college so we can get some fast food to eat. Also, there are vending machines in each building.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. Many teachers teach more than 1 subject, yet they are good. Also, course curriculum is relevant for both electronics and computer science, which helps students perceive any domain they want. Pass percentage in our college is that passing marks in the end-of-semester exam vary from 25 to 35 marks from 100 depending upon the difficulty of the subject.
Other: I chose this course, i.e., EnCs, as it provides both domain knowledge, i.e., hardware and software, and we can perceive in any field. Also, placement is good in our college compared to other colleges. Many clubs are there in our college, and may events take place like Aruni.

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur.
Placements: The rate of placements in the college is about 60 to 70% but the highest and the lowest average package offered by the college is quite low of 2.4 LPA to 6.7 LPA as per last year's cut-off. The top recruiters are Deloitte, etc. In the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not as advanced as that of other colleges in the area. It can be very good but the main focus is on the facilities in the college campus. The quality of the mess food is good, very tasty and healthy but the hostel facilities are okay.
Faculty: The difficulty level of the end semester exams is from medium to hard level and the pass percentage of the students is around 30 to 35% of the total scoring grades of the students. It totally depends on the students that is it has relatively grading system.
Other: The events like Pratishruti are one of the biggest fests in central India. The connectivity of the college is good enough, the railway station is about 6km from the college.
