Placements: At our college, very good placement opportunities are given to the students. Approximately 60-65% of students get successfully placed in our college. The average package offered in our college was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our college were Hitachi, Allied Blenders, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college had enough infrastructure for this course. Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, etc., were provided to the students. The quality of these facilities was good. Hostel facilities were available for the students. The food available in our hostel mess and college canteen was good to eat.

Faculty: Faculty of our college were really helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of the college was good. The course curriculum followed in the college was relevant. It was making the college students job-ready. Semester exams in our college were not hard to pass.

Placements: 85% of students were placed in our batch. The highest package is 6 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Most of the jobs are related to sales. Top recruiters are Piramal, Kotak, and many more. More or less, 150+ companies are there to recruit students. No internship is provided by the college. The top role offered by the college is Sales Manager.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. Wi-Fi was not available in our batch. The classroom and library are okay. Residential college is not available, so you have to stay at a PG or flat which is near to Devanahali. The canteen is not good, but the sports culture is actually appreciated.

Faculty: The institution boasts exceptional teachers who are not only highly qualified and knowledgeable but also passionate about nurturing young minds. The teaching quality surpasses expectations, with engaging lesson plans and effective delivery. The carefully crafted curriculum remains pertinent to industry demands, equipping students with skills and expertise that make them job-ready. Other: I have done BBA and that's why I chose MBA. The best thing about my course is I have improved my communication, which helped me to get a good job. I think the college should add skills like coding, digital marketing, and other skills that are actually needed to get a good job. The event campus crowd is awesome!

Overall, RCMB is a very good place to pursue MBA/PGDM.

Placements: Placements are really good in RCM Bangalore, and there are 100% placements. About 12 students from batch 2019-2021 were selected for placements in Germany. Currently, I am pursuing PGDM from RCMB, and it is a very good place to pursue MBA or PGDM. Every faculty member here is experienced in the corporate sector, and they are very supportive.

Infrastructure: The campus of RCMB is located in a good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city and provides a good environment. The infrastructure is excellent and top-notch. Classrooms, library and everything are excellent. Hostel life here is very good. All the students enjoy each other's company. In RCMB, students are from all around India.

Faculty: All the faculty members here are knowledgeable and helpful. They are also highly experienced and have a great industrial or corporate background. They are from IIT and IIM, and they are very supportive. One of the unique programmes of RCMB is the mentorship programme, where every faculty member is assigned to 20 students. They give students industry-oriented knowledge and also try to improve every student by one-to-one interaction.
