B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2018
2.8

The college should be improved in developing skills, guidance, management system, etc.
Placements: Our batch is of 2014-2018 in B.Tech mechanical engineering. Placements are not much provided in our college because most of the companies are not interested in our college due to recent college performance. During our batch, no mechanical company visited here.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college were average, including Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc. The quality of facilities was average. The food available in the mess and canteen was good. Medical facilities available are also good, and the quality of sports and games was good.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and qualified in accordance with positions. The teaching quality was average. The course curriculum is relevant and provides most of the information regarding mechanical engineering aspects and their applications. This course curriculum makes students industry-ready if guidance and self-discipline are provided properly.
Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering because I am interested in this field. In the first year, everything seemed to be good. In the second year, there was not much attention on the students, and the environment was also just average.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) - Batch of 2018

It is a waste of money as they didn't care for students as much they do about money.
Placements: Our college provides a procedure for placement. None of the top companies or firms visit for placement. However, they have placement for all other branches except for the architecture. They have their own center of NATA where they ask students to give exams only if they're going to take admission in the same college.
Infrastructure: The hostel life was a complete mess including the food. They don't let us go out after 7 in the evening, even on the campus. We were living in jail in a building. No proper facilities were provided for laundry or washroom. They do not allow us to stay in the hostel room while the college hours are on.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were average but the curriculum was not adequate. As such no proper action was taken who don't do well in exams. They have proper studios or classes as per the standards by the council of architecture. Always mislead the COA people while inspection.
Other: Guards and major faculty members were narrow-minded mentality.

Dissatisfied with the college because of placements and crowd, but infrastructure is good.
Placements: There are no placements in the college. Companies which visit the campus are low-scale and offer low salary package. There were no placements for our senior batch also. Students who graduated are working in BPOs which is very bad. The salary offered was in between Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month. There is no placement cell in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. It is equipped with all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. Well, the canteen is not that good but okay. The hostel rooms are good, but there are a lot of restrictions for girls as they are not allowed to go out. It is like living in jail. Warden will not understand and does not listen to the complaints of students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and have done masters (M.Tech). Last year, we visited an industry in Chandigarh. The course curriculum needs to be updated. The teaching quality is not up to the mark. There are only four teachers in every department.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Many company visited in the campus for the placement of students there is no percentage system anyone can get the opportunity only the student has to give interview and the company select the student on the bases of their capabilities and company requirement many students get the opportunity from this.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure classroom are neat and clean every facilities is available here good quality of food is available in the canteen medical facilities is there Wi-Fi is available for hostler staff and students all books are available in the library playing ground is there digital library is there computer lab.
Faculty: The faculty are good there is strong bond between teachers and students teachers are very cooperative they pay equal attention in the class no discrimination all teachers are well qualified the taecher teach us in the interesting way and also give some extra knowledge.
Other: Many events and fest are there freshers party, annual functions, sports day, farwell, .

Good infrastructure but need few upgrades in faculty.
Placements: It's okay. Not so good or not so bad but only few of the students get placed from the college. Last year we did not got to know that any of the students get placed from college placement drive where as at the end of the year college collected the resumes of the students but still no reply.
Infrastructure: Comparing to the rest of the colleges in the region they have a really great infrastructure with well ventilated classrooms fully equipped labs and a coomen library with availability of all most all books prescribed In the curiculem. A well maintained ground and full of greenery surrounding adds a point to its infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty is good and sporting but in late one year college was facing the shortage of faculty but the available teachers matched with this shortage and resulted to no loss of students teachers of b tech civil dealing with us are great they try their best and the best part is that they keep innovating themselves.
Other: Talking about events, likewise all B.Tech colleges in the region looks like they are also going throw the coast cuting and had no yearly fest in 2k17-2k18 session but they keep organizing small programs such as teachers day and all.

The system of the college is the worst.
Placements: Placements are very rare in this college. If you want placement, go to another university like CU or MMU. This college is only useful to get the degree. The placement is very poor in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is at least good. Recently, the college started a hospital, which is named as RP Welter Hospital, so infrastructure is at least going well. Buildings and facilities are also just good but not the best. AC is available in every class, but it depends on your luck that your AC is working or not.
Faculty: The faculty and the course curriculum are bad. Nowadays, teachers strike is going on because college management is giving their salary from last 6 months. Even, lots of teachers leave the college in the mid of the semester and students are facing so much problem.
Other: No events, no fests and no activities are conducted in the college. Everything is fake.
