All about Rdias that one must know.

Placements: Placements are really good as per the level. They donot bring big brands but vast number of small brands. Most importantly, the faculty try to get more companies to their level best I don't think any college can ever bring more than 250 companies for a single batch. No matter how big or small companies.

Very satisfied- Good placements.

Placements: Placement cell of RDIAS is very well organized. They offer multiple opportunities to students of every specialisation. RDIAS achieved new heights when they touched 100% placement mark for MBA batch 2016-2018. The institute also offers numerous internship opportunities by organizing internship fairs, seminars, and workshops.

For BBA its a good college!

Placements: Placements for BBA don't offer much. Since its graduation many people don't sit in placements. Yet some good companies visit during the campus placements as it's for both MBA and BBA students. Organisations like hdfc american express mobikwik, etc. visited the campus Even some startup companies like Panache visited the same.

Satisfied with the college placements.

Placements: The placement department give its 200% to get in the best companies. The placement for MBA marketing is very good in comparison to finance and HR. College's Average package is between 4-5 LPA. Companies like HDFC bank, kotak mahindra, capital iq, Ameriprise, byjus come in campus placement.

Moderately satisfied as the faculty is good, but too much discipline is followed.

Placements: Placements are good, almost 70-80 percent students got placed in the current pass out batch. The only constraint is that the companies which are coming to the campus macimum out of them are sales profiles. The highest package is 10 Lacs and the lowest is 1.5 Lacs around. Average is 3-4 Lacs. The companies which are visited till now are byjus, jaro education, naukri. Com, ameriprise, ICICI, HDFC etc. Maximum students got internship from the campus only. Even I got internship in 2 companies.

My college be like a school.

Placements: Placement and job opportunities are average. The average package for BBA is 3 LPA and for MBA is 3.5 LPA. There is not much of a difference between the MBA and BBA packages. The companies are either startups which yet need to establish or mass recruiter for sales and other staff for banks and other institutions.

It's worth the money. If you want to get into reputed companies, don't opt for colleges under IPU.

Placements: Currently, I'm pursuing so I don't know much about the placements. However, when I asked the seniors, then I got the clarity about the placements. They said that many companies visited our college and students get many job opportunities. So it depends on the students.

Review of Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that great. If you are thinking to get placed in top 5 MNCs, it will not be possible here. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like ITC, Byju's, etc., visit the campus for placements. Mostly marketing jobs are offered to students. So try to take marketing as major or minor. Internships are also provided here, but no one is satisfied.

Until now, my overall experience in the college has been nice.

Placements: The placement opportunities provided by Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies are great. Many companies visit our college for placements, but most of them are related to marketing. There are very few companies to hire students in the finance background. Regarding internships, students have to attend interviews which are followed by various rounds.

Amazing experience, but there are some very strict rules.

Placements: Placements are good. Ample number of companies come to the college but the major focus area is marketing only and opportunities for finance and HR is less. Companies like ITC, BYJU's, HDFC bank have visited the campus and hired students. The placement cell is commendable and does its job efficiently.

RDIAS is absolutely worth the money I must say.

Placements: Well, I'm a first year student of MBA and as far as I've seen placements are good. Students who take marketing and finance they get a good package as compared to human resource. The average package here is 4-6lakhs per annum. But marketing students get the most the highest package. This year one of my friend got a package of 10lakhs p. a. in byjus which I think is a very good package to start of with.

Placements: When go to placements, I am a first year student so I know about senior batch that almost every student in senior batch got placed. Our college is giving an average package of 4 LPA for MBA and the highest is between 9-10 LPA. Companies will coming in final year but for internship companies comes in 1st year so get exposure and environment where they work. There is placement cell which giving all information to students about companies.

Companies that visited the campus were Jaro Education, Byju's, ICICI Bank and many more. Jobs offered were related to the sales department and others according to the field and skills of students. Internships are provided in good companies and startups like Sirca Woods and others.

A good college affiliated to IP University.

Placements: Placements in college are decent. This year, the placements are still going on, and the highest package offered till now is 10 lacs per annum. Everyone is placed, but the salary packages offered are of different range from low to high, depending totally on the students' capabilities and skills. Every year, very decent and good companies visit the college offering decent packages. The best companies visit for marketing.

RDIAS is a college for students who are serious towards education.

Placements: I am a final year student, and I have applied for various placement drives arranged by the college. Companies like Byju's, Aditya Birla, Sirca Wood Ltd, Godrej, etc., visited our campus for placements. They offered very good salaries to freshers', ranging from Rs. 15,000 to 40,000 per month.

RDIAS is a place for getting education and also developing your career.

Placements: Being a fresher, I am not sure about the quality of placements being provided by the college. But through communication, I observed that our college makes a lot of efforts in getting the best companies to our college and even trains the students for preparing them to get final placements.

It is the best institute with ample opportunities.

Placements: This college is one of the best B-schools among all the colleges affiliated to GGSIPU. They prepare students in advance for the outer world through internships and live projects. The students get better salary packages when compared to other top B-schools. Students can also attend sessions, and the college also reimburses the fee.
