Absolutely satisfied because the college has good infrastructure, faculty, and placements.

Placements: Most of the students of the college got selected in the software companies. There are about 500+ students got selected in every year. The highest salary is 3.5 lakhs per annum. Most of the students got selected in TCS, and about 50 percentage students got the internship from the college. The college has a placement cell.

Really good infrastructure but not using an appropriate way of teaching methods.

Placements: Only TCS selected 209 placements for seniors who have graduated. Other companies selected single digit numbers branch-wise. CSE, IT and ECE branches students are getting too many placements in the college. Campus drives conducted in college are not up to the mark.

A review on my college by me.

Placements: Our college has placement and training cell which trains the students to place in the campus recruitment. Our college invites various multinational companies across the country to take campus recruitment in the college. Packages are also satisfactory.

RVR & JC College of Engineering is one of the top colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: There are almost 30-50 companies for placements. Opportunities are guaranteed. Talent has a chance win the job. Increments are also there after working for a certain period. Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, L&T, etc., are the reputed companies recruiting our college students for several years.

It's an average rated college and doesn't blindly believe others words.

Placements: For our department, there are only a few companies around 6 to 8, but whereas for other branches, the placement record is a bit better when compared to our records. Especially, the CSE department will definitely have a very good record in placement after ECE.

Not satisfied with all the staff in the college.

Placements: Our seniors batch got placed in many MNCs and BPOs with a total of 610 members out of 1200 students. Most of the students were placed in TCS (192) and then BPOs like HGS (50), Allsec (105). In our batch, up to now, 386 students were placed. In that, TCS recruited 207 students, and then Allsec recruited 85 students.

A review on RVR JC college.

Placements: A good number of seniors are placed in TCS and other companies. The number is going to increase this year. They are conducting campus recruitment training for the 3rd year people to increase their knowledge and also their communications skills so that they can answer questions in a correct way and with confidence. In case of TCS, it offers the highest package of 3,60,000, and the average package is around 3,00,000.

Placements: The placements are good at the campus. About 50% of the students got placed till now. The highest salary offered is 12.7 LPA, and the lowest is 1.2 LPA. The companies such as TATA consultancy services, Miracle Software, Nalsoft, etc. have visited the campus so far.

There are good placements, lecturers, and facilities as well.

Placements: The placements will be good on our campus. TCS would recruit a lot when compared to the other companies. I have completed my college in 2015, and in that year there were almost 320 placements in which approximately 220 were placed in TCS. So, the TCS will recruit most. If you study in CSE or IT, then you will have more opportunities when compared to the other branches.

Review of RVR and JC College of Engineering.

Placements: The placement record of the college is excellent. The teachers guide students well for their future. Many companies like TCS, NTT Data, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Allasec, and V-solutions visited the campus. Nearly, 30 companies come to the college for placements. The recruiters are obsessed and good.

Satisfied with faculty and curriculum and opportunities. The placements are good in 2016.

Placements: 440 students got placed in different MNC's. Helped another 120 students to get prestigious universities all over the world. 44 students were continued to do masters in different NITs, and some were doing PhDs. The staff was helpful to freshers in their first semester, and there was very less ragging. I had good interaction sessions with seniors.

A boon for one to study in this college, which not only teaches subjects but also about life.

Placements: Out of 130 students, around 60 students were placed in companies like TCS, Hyundai, Tech Mahindra, Efftronics and Intergraph. Compared with the seniors, our batch placements are better. The average salary offered was Rs. 3,00,000 per annum and the highest offered was Rs. 4,00,000 per annum. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 2,50,000 per annum. There is placement with Dr Prasad as in-charge, who strives hard for the betterment of students with all his efforts. His office plays a prominent role in...

Dissatisfied with the caste feeling, no Wi-Fi facilities, but the best college in Guntur region.

Placements: I'm in 2018 batch student. Till date, 300 got placed in 15 companies. Most of them are software only ( one or two core companies). TCS is the mass recruiter of our college ( 207/300 got placed in TCS). In our seniors batch, 600/1200 got placed in nearly 20 companies. The placement percentage is 50%. The highest package is 5 lacs per annum, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA, and the average is 3.2 LPA. Excluding TCS and 5 more other companies, all are BPO jobs. There is no atmosphere for the internships....

Good college for doing engineering, but don't expect a core company job, and you may get an IT job.

Placements: Only IT companies will come to recruit. For core branches, there won't be any chance to get a core company job. Even if they come, they will select one or two people with very less salary, and there is no guarantee of call letter. TCS is the permanent IT company coming to the college, and they recruit 90% of the students in the academic year. In our 2016 batch, total 350 students were selected only by TCS.

For the students who have passion in the automobile side, RVR is the best among all local colleges.

Placements: The placements are good in our college, compared to other local colleges. Nearly, 50% to 60% students were placed. The package ranges from 2 LPA to 4 LPA. The college does not provide the internship. Students have to search for themselves. There is a separate team for the placements who are working very hard to bring the companies to the college. So, many students are focusing on the further studies, and they are writing GRE and GATE.

RVRJC has good infrastructure, labs, average placements and good library.

Placements: TCS is the only company to take the students in bulk. Others like Tech Mahindra, Polaris, NTT Data, Infosys, recruit in a limited number. But, no core company apply for the recruitment drive. Others are BPO job oriented. So, those who want a job in the software field, prepare C and aptitude and basic technical subjects in your domain.

I am satisfied because of the placements during our academic year.

Placements: There are fewer placements for the core branches. There are many companies for CSC, IT and ECE. Around 500 students are placed in our batch. The lowest package offered is Rs. 1.8 L and the highest offer is Rs. 3.32 L. MNCs like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, NTT Data, etc., came for the placements. The opportunities are less for EEE students.

Placements: The placements we get are mostly IT companies. TCS, Tech Mahindra, NTT Data are the prominent ones, and very few core companies like Amara Raja Batteries, Laurus Labs, Medha Servo Drives also visit. My seniors got better placement offers compared to us. In our batch, TCS hired around 200, Tech Mahindra around 40, NTT Data around 50, and few other IT companies have taken very few students each. A lot of companies visited this year where the highest package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the average package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the least package offered is 1.2 LPA.
