S.B. Patil College of Architecture and Design Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Nigdi, Pune

Placements: Placements are not provided in our course. There were 40 students in our course. The highest salary offered is Rs.15,000 to Rs.18,000 per month. Students have to apply individually to firms related to architecture. Top roles offered are design architect, project manager, and interior designer.

Placements: There is no campus placement in the college as of now. The college is looking into that. But the college did provide assistant during internship. Most of the students got into good firms due to assistance from the internship coordinator and faculty members.

Placements: Many architects are called. There was interaction with them so that it would help for placement. Architects are invited to college for events. So students get to know about firms. Teachers also help in internship. Principal architects are also supportive.

Placements: There are no placements in college, which is very disappointing. It's very difficult to find jobs after a degree, and even for internships it is tough. It would be very useful and convenient if there were placements held in the college itself. In my opinion, there should be placement facilities.

Placements: Our college offers internships that help students to learn and understand the field. It provides students with various opportunities and exposure so they can make themselves stand out. It provides students with better opportunities and skills.

Placements: This is a professional course so there are no placements. Internships are available from the 9th semester. Students get to work on projects like residential infrastructure landscapes, etc.

Placements: Almost in every college, there is no placement in the architecture course. The salary package offered in the field depends on the work. There is an internship of 6 months during the fifth year which gives good exposure. After the fifth year, students can go for a master's degree, or can work in architectural firms, or can start their own practice.

Placements: No college which has been affiliated with Savitri bai Phule university provide placements and internship. Therefore we have to look for our internship and placement by ourselves. If one wishes to get these facilities they can join private colleges.

Placements: In this college, no placements take place mostly in architecture, but recommendations work a lot as getting graduated from this college because it is well reputed. Many architectural firms in Pune hire students with good salaries. Internships can be attended by interested students, and this college does not provide a stipend.

Placements: There are no placements in the architecture course. Students have to make their portfolio and CV which have to be sent to various architecture firms according to their choice. The firms will evaluate their portfolio and contact them for an interview if they like the work they have presented in folio. This is the way students get internships in architecture courses.

Placements: We are the second batch of the college, and our senior batch is in the fourth year which is the first batch of our college. There are no companies/firms visited our college till now. It will start happening from the next year onwards. But talking about the engineering college on the same campus, they have very good placement for mechanical and electronics department.
