Review of S.C.D. Government College.
Placements: More than 80% of students got placed in our college. As a government college, it has limited seats for top-ranked students. The average salary offered is Rs.5,000 - Rs.10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: It is a very old college, but its infrastructure is old. Buildings are not changed, but with time, improvement has been made. Wi-Fi facilities and smartboards are provided in classrooms. It has a great library. The canteen is a bit boring and serves unhealthy food items.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well educated and experienced. They encourage students to study well. The method of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult. The pass percentage is more than 40%, which helps students to study more hard.
Other: I chose this course as I did B.A. Our college celebrates every occasion, which creates a beautiful ambiance.

I am satisfied with the facilities given to us.
Placements: We were about 200 students. Most of them are doing jobs on a higher post, and a few have gone abroad, so most of them get placements. All are achieving their goals in different fields. Our college also informs students from time to time about job opportunities.
Infrastructure: This college provides a lot of facilities for students, and they provide better facilities for students in canteen. A lot of knowledgeable books are available in the college library. They publish a yearly magazine named Satluj, which is also an example of students creativity.
Faculty: Most of the professors are highly qualified and helpful. Our college staff members always try to do better in their study-related facilities. Whenever you need the help of professors, they always help you in studies and career guidance.
Other: Our college facilitates students with scholarship, and I think it is the best college for learning.
