A little above average college. Would recommend it.

Placements: SK Somaiya Degree College of Arts, Science, and Commerce is a very average college for placements. Though companies like Infosys, etc., recruit from here, the percentage is very less. I will not recommend it in the case of placements. Other than that, it is surely a recommendable college.

I am not satisfied with some faculty members.

Placements: A very low percentage of people who graduated from B.Com got placements. You may get a salary package of around 3 LPA.

About 20% of students got internships. Top roles offered are HR, marketing, accounting, audit, tax, GST, and many more.

This is the best college for a beautiful campus life and learning from excellent faculty members.

Placements: About 60% of students were placed in our batch. Students in their last year can participate in the placement drives. Reputable corporations and companies come to the college in advance to hire people here. First- and second-year students are not eligible for internships. Interviews are held at the campus.

The best college to study your Bachelor's program, and with good infrastructure.

Placements: In our college, there is a placement forum that manages all campus placements, and we become eligible for applying for full-time jobs from the 6th sem, and around 88% of students got placed. I have plans of opting for an internship in a core finance role as I am pursuing a CFP along with a B.Com. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Companies like the morning star, Nomura, and Jp morgan have come. The roles are different as per the field, ...

Placements: So we have around 20 % students placed in our course. In our college the placement forum arranges career fest and there are many companies for recruitment the highest package is about 8 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA as far as I know. The college infrastructure and crowd are good.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in college with an average package of 5 to 6 LPA. Recruiting companies were mainly local companies and startup-associated corporates. The teachers are very helpful, and they motivate students to attend every type of seminar and indulge with big personalities. They gave us contacts which were helpful not only for now but also for future.

It has the best campus life and good infrastructure.

Placements: The campus placements in the IT department are not good. Teachers always guide regarding off-campus interviews and jobs. Companies did not visit the college this year for campus placements.

It is a good college with helpful teaching faculty.

Placements: The placement process is not very effective, and only the top 10% of the batch got placed through the mass recruitment process in companies like Crisil, Tata Group, Axis Bank etc. The average package offered was 1.5 Lacs per annum. Internships are not compulsory, and the students are supposed to reach out to the companies for internships themselves.

Our college is more than average. It has a good infrastructure, but improvements are still required.

Placements: Our course has a high percentage of females. The fee of the course is Rs. 10,000, which can be divided into two instalments, i.e., Rs. 6,000 and Rs. 4,000. Cognizant Technology is one of the companies which hires B.A graduates. B.A graduates can pursue a successful career as an HR manager, marketing, executive assistant/manager and many more roles.

It is a really good campus and has wonderful teaching.

Placements: During my batch, the placement cell was very active. There was proper coordination between the teachers, placement coordinators, alumni and companies. The top recruiters for our batch were TCS, Wipro and Crisis. They offered an average salary package of 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The top roles offered were trainee and sales. Internships are not mandatory in the third year. Many of the students do not opt for placements as they plan to opt for further studies.

It is a huge campus with many grounds.

Placements: Companies like Wipro, TCS and Reliance visit our college for placements, but it is all about your talent. As there is a huge competition, some students might not get selected. Opportunities are limited, but students who have the ability will be very happy with their careers.

Placements: I completed my post-graduation in the field of master of arts in communication and journalism. There are hardly 17 students in this course, but out of them, most of the students are doing internships or jobs in their respective interested fields. Our college doesn't provide any placement or recruitment as of now.

I am dissatified because there is no unity in college.

Placements: In our batch, there are around 150 students, and there is only one classroom for all the students. There are individual departments for placement in college. The average salary offered ranges from Rs. 18,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month.
