Our College, Saintgits College of engineering .

Placements: In our college, Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam, more than 85% of students get placements. Many well-reputed companies recruit our students. As I am a 1st-year student, I have very little knowledge about the placements. I believe a senior can explain it more efficiently.

I suggest every student to study here.

Placements: The student became eligible for placement during their last semester. Several companies come to our campus to give placement opportunities to students, and they offer packages ranging from 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs per year. Apart from campus placement, the student can search for jobs in their area of interest as the college equips the student with the proper knowledge and skills to secure a high-paying job.

Saintgts college of engineering.

Placements: The college placement is mainly for the students who opted for software branches. The main companies coming here for campus placement are TCS, Infosys, etc. For Robotics and automation, there are only two or three companies with less than 10 placement opportunities coming to the college. There are no core companies coming here for placements.

Campus life is quite restricted, but it has good placements, teaching faculty and staff advisors.

Placements: About 10 out of 40 students of the chemical engineering batch 2017-2021 got placed. Some of them were at Malabar Cement Factory, Kerala. In the case of internships, the college provides the best ones. They sent us emails regarding different internship programs from different companies regularly. For chemical engineering students, we get an opportunity to be a member of IICHE.

Overall, I am satisfied with the college surroundings, infrastructure, faculty, and campus life.

Placements: Currently, the chemical engineering branch does not offer any placements till now. It might change next year or later. The college has become autonomous recently, and I'm hoping they would bring placements in the core branch also. Although there are placements from other IT reputed companies, for which all branch students are eligible.

Placements: The placements in college are average. There is a placement cell in college which is headed by a faculty member. The highest salary package offered was about 3 lacs per annum. All the students have to do internships. The placement cell is very efficient, and it even provides information about off-campus placement opportunities.

The college has fair placements, good infrastructure and helpful staff members.

Placements: The college has a placement cell which helps us to improve our aptitude and communication skills. If a student frequently attends these classes, he/she can perform very well in the placement drives. Moving on to placements, most of the companies are from the IT sector like Infosys, TCS etc. It depends on the students whether to attend the drive or not. You may not find many core mechanical placements. If I remember right, only the Indian Navy and MRF came for placements, which shown interest in ...

I'm absolutely happy with our faculty, placements, infrastructure, facilities and events.

Placements: Many companies like Infosys and Wipro visit our college for recruitment. Indian Navy also conducted direct recruitment drives in our college. Almost all the students without any backlogs are placed in these companies. Most of the selected students joined the corresponding companies after the final year exams itself, and they were made permanent in their jobs even before the final year results came out. So if you study well without any backlogs, you can easily get placed in any of those ace compa...

Saintgits, one of the top self-financial NBA accredited college.

Placements: This college has a tie-up with Infosys. Hence, the first company to come for campus recruitment is Infosys. It chose almost 50+ students from various B.Tech branches, followed by the same students from our college being placed in many other IT companies such as Wipro and TCS. Due to tie-up with Infosys, TCS doesn't directly visit our campus, so students have to go for off-site recruitment drives of these companies. The companies like Mindtree, Think and learn, Cool Minds have also visited our ca...

Placements: The placement of the mechanical engineering department was poor as compared to EC and CS branches, but quite decent. 19 students out of 120 got the placement. 10 of them got the core company job offer out of which 5 were middle-east offers with a salary of Rs. 6 lakhs per annum while the companies like MRF offered Rs. 3.6 lakhs per annum.
