I am not satisfied with the faculty and the events.

Placements: They provide internship sessions in the 2nd year itself. Top MNCs and IT companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and TCS visited our college and recruited many about 60 percent of students. They got placed for a decent package. The highest package offered in the last year was 10-12LPA. Placements opportunity is average.

It is an average college.

Placements: Around 80% of students are placed every year. No core companies will come, only IT companies will come here. Packages are offered from around 3 LPA. The 2022 pool campus got 26 LPA. Tech giants like Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Google, etc., will come here.

It has average placements, infrastructure, and facilities. I am dissatisfied with the hostel.

Placements: I got the opportunity to register for LTI, Wipro, and TCS. The salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. So I think in the future we can get more options as well. Placements are average.

It is a diversified college with good educational values.

Placements: Almost about 50% of students get placed with a salary package like 2.5 LPA. Only about 5-10 students get placed with a salary package of above 8 LPA. Hence it's really a competition for students studying at Sapthagiri College of Engineering. However, we get good placements.

Decent college, if you get into through CET.

Placements: Our college offered placements started from BPO, tech support jobs, and a low pay part of a big group. Infosys was the mass recruiter of our college. The best you can do is take up one of these jobs. Complete a specialisation course while you're ATIT and get an awesome job by the year-end.

Course and faculty members are best. Infrastructure is not well defined.

Placements: 1.30% of placements can be expected. 2. The highest package was 25lakhs /annum and the lowest package is 3lakhs /annum. 3. BYJU's is the usual company which places many candidates. 4. No core companies for biotechnology. Since no core companies came, students lack their interest in the job. 6.100% of students got internships.

Sapthagiri College of Engineering has good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: IBM, Indian Navy, SLN Software and a lot of companies visited college. Almost 85% of the students got placed. The average salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. Most of the companies mainly hired students for software-based jobs. Even a lot of students opted not to take up placements as they wanted to do their higher studies.

Sapthagiri College of Engineering, Bangalore is the worst college.

Placements: Only a few core companies visit the campus for placements, and all participate in pool campus recruitment drives. Software companies are all over the place. Training sessions are poorly handled. The cheapest of the companies visit the campus and hire students for the very low salaries. Around 40% of students were placed. It is a wrong place to get into a good company.

To be considered as an option.

Placements: About placements in Sapthagiri College of Engineering, there were quite a good opportunities last year (2016). But this year, it milded a bit with fewer companies. But still, the percentage of students placed was appreciable. Companies mostly were startups or small companies.

Electronics and Communication faculty wise, college is very good. Need improvements in practical's and labs. Need to encourage students to perform a project every semester/year. Placement cell need to perform better. Need to tie up with more company HR and try to place as many students as possible. Currently college has pool campus interview.

It is an average college but the placements are not good. College campus is small and also hostel food quality is not good. Hostel rent is high. Faculty is not up to the mark. New rules makes hard for internal examination. There is no field for sport and also there is no campus life.

It is one of the top 20 colleges in Bengaluru for engineering and is affiliated to VTU, Belgavi. It has a good campus and faculty is good. It is situated very close to the city. There are many University toppers from this college, academic performance of students are very good. It needs to improve in practical knowledge of students other than what is there in book.

Average college, but they are going to make it university now.

Placements: Teaching was good in terms of many faculty members, but coming to placement it was horrible, they took many sales companies to attend drive. So placement wise not good. Recruitment company, they asked most of us to apply for MNC, they gave placement training too. But no use.

Placements: Placements are displayed as 100% but only a handful of MNC come for offers and mostly all companies are training institutes with the placement department being the least supportive and after only one offer they do not let you appear for placements and only hexaware tcs cognizant accord and some others

I'm dissatisfied with the infrastructure of our college.

Placements: The percentage of students getting placed depends on their academics. The highest salary package offered was 13 LPA and the lowest salary package was 3 LPA. Internships were provided to students. The role offered was biotechnologists in the medical field.

It is not a good institution for students who want to gain knowledge.

Placements: Placements did not happen effectively due to pandemic, so I cannot blame the institution. Mostly, our college invites marketing companies that I think are irrelevant. They make us register to online consultancies, which worked a little. I think only 20% of the students got placed.

Join this college only if your aim is to get placement of 3-3.5 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Placements are good but if you are hired by a company then they won't allow you to sit for placements of any other company. Small startups will offer good packages but big companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc. will offer only 2.6-3.6 Lacs per annum. So based on placements I'll rate this college 8/10.
