A mediocre college with less planning and management.

Placements: Placements for HR in Sasmira Institute are not that great, but they are good for other specialisations. They just focus on finance people only. Almost 50% of the HR crowd got internships on their own, and there is even no live project from the placement department. We have to search on our own. I would rate the placements 3 out of 5 which is okay.

It's below average, placements are not there and the faculty is not up to the mark. Not to be recommended. If there is no other alternative then you might join this college. The placements are average not very attractive, yet manageable. The only plus is location which is very nearby to the sea face where one can have fun evenings.

Our institute lacks in their own management.

Placements: The average salary package for the last batch was 3.5 LPA. Almost 90% of the students were placed according to the records shown. Summer internship was offered under very good brands, but students were unable to work according to specialisation. Well-known companies arrive in our college for placements which are also displayed on the college's website.

No basic facilities, no placements and poor quality of faculty.

Placements: The placements are not there. No good profiles are offered compared to the fees taken. HR students do not get any companies coming in for the interview. Marketing students get no exposure and finance placements are all about sales.
