I like this college and would recommend it.
Placements: It is easy to get placements in this college. Most students get placed after our course. Around 85% of students got placements. The average package offered was around 10 LPA. The lowest package offered was 8 LPA and the maximum was 18 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, a gym, a good cafe, and big gardens. A Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus. It has more than one cafe. Good medical facilities are available with an ambulance. Most of the sports that we play in this country are definitely available here.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They helped us with everything we asked for most of the time. The quality of the teaching ability is good. Semester exams were definitely hard to pass, and 90% of students cleared them.
Other: The college should improve their lecture time because the lecture time is too long for one lecture, so they should definitely shorten it. Events that happened in our colleges were mind-blowing. Singers were invited to our college.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure is state of the art. All libraries are well-equipped with all possible publications and journals. Shameless connectivity through Wi-Fi helps today's generation to be updated and well compatible. Students are provided with all basic amenities and many more.
Faculty: The course curriculum is built very good, covering all the aspect of the sector. Faculty members are very good, helpful and knowledgeable. Course is relevant and up to date. The custom-tailored course is very well built. Infrastructure is very good. The atmosphere is lively.
Other: 1. As per my field. Custom-tailored course for the Power Sector 2. The course should have more practical sessions and internships which will allow the students better clarity of the actual market scenario. 3. College campus is very good, Dehradun is a very beautiful place.

Tech gain companies such as Accenture, Infosy, Wipro and domain industry such as Manikran Power, IEX, many research based companies came for the placement. UPES: Emerging university, but has nothing underneath.
Placements: The placements at this college as they show are very huge. But in reality, it is just mass recruitments like any other ordinary college. Most of the students are placed in IT/ Market research companies which are already mass recruiters and there is nothing special for the fees which you are paying.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi: It is good. The speed is great. Classrooms: The quality of the infrastructure is great. Except in the rainy season, when there is no proper management of draining system Library: The library is great. Medical facilities: It is good as there is always a senior resident doctor (defence services retired.) present on campus. Sports and games: It is good.
Faculty: The faculty experience is a little harsh, I must say. The faculty members are knowledgeable but they don't want to teach you in reality. They all teach you from PPTs and that's it. Nothing off the track or extraordinary. Moreover, the grading system is really evil. If any teacher has grudges against you, then you are ought to get a supplementary in his subject. That's a flaw in the system.

MBA Power Management at UPES, Dehradun.
Placements: The placement for my batch was really below expectations. There were no core companies. The core companies which visited were also of a startup level and not experienced. The place com was more interested in pushing students towards the general companies such as IT, Market Research and Sales firms. After spending a hefty amount, the candidates don't expect such lame returns. ROI is hardly there.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is fine. The facilities provided by the college are good such as complete availability of classroom infrastructure, projectors, LMS portal, e-Attendance system, laptops etc. Other than that, there is a full-fledged football ground among the valley, a food court and a small cafeteria which is enough.
Faculty: Few of the faculty members were really great. They had international exposure and expertise. theTteaching method used in the college was really casual. The professors used to just share the presentations with students which they have to grab and prepare for the exam. There was no out of the box thinking concept which is a pre-requisite for any good B-school.
