This is career-focused which is away from the city. Students build their career from here.

Placements: As per the placement cell, almost every batch get placed in the college placements. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA for the top 50% of the students. The lowest package offered was 3 LPA. So, if you are in the top 50% to 60%, you need not to worry about the placements. Especially for this branch, students have a privilege to get placements. Our university offers a summer internship to 80% of the students, and many of them convert their placements into a pre-placement offer.

An average college because it is not worth the money in terms of return on investment.

Placements: I personally feel that the placements are not worth the money because you invest 13-15 lacs but the average package offered is only 4 LPA. Only those students get good packages who are on good terms with the professors, and the good packages are about 7-8 LPA. It is the same thing with the SIP also.

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: Placements in the college are good but not up to the mark. Compared to the fee that students pay for the course, the placements are not that good. The highest salary package offered to our batch is 6 lacs per annum. Internships offered in the college are good. More consultancy companies visit the college for placements rather than industrial companies. Companies like ITC, Infotech, ITC Limited, Reliance, Total, HPCL, etc. have visited the campus for placements.

UPES is a better choice for the students with an ambition.

Placements: Comparing to many of the other colleges with similar courses, UPES provides much better placements in the corporate sectors. This year, our college achieved 89% placements. UPES has a special department called career services which focuses on the placements and internships of the students.

A business oriented university with average academics and beautiful buildings.

Placements: Our branch students generally do not get placed in the oil and gas sector. My batchmates were forced to attend the interview for fashion consultant job profile. I was not allowed to opt in for placements as I was absent for a day when the placements coordinator was making the list.

Absolutely satisfied with academic and placement criteria. Only fest should be more encouraging.

Placements: UPES has a very good placement record because they collaborated with many industries. They help students to understand the applications of engineering, so they could directly see the things. 90% of the placements are available in the college.

Placements: The placement opportunities are good at the college. One can attend better under the organised placements drive. They pick the best students. The placement opportunities are good and feasible for the students who seek good jobs in the corporate world. A lot of famous companies visited to pick students from the college.

UPES, is a good college in every aspect.

Placements: Placements are far better in comparison to other colleges. Though return on investment is low still to get job experience, this college is good and above average. The streams such as BBA in logistics marketing, foreign trade, have high chances of good packages and to get placed in domain stream. Though oil and gas marketing students did not get placed, hardly some of them got placed in their domain firm. I'll suggest this college if you want to do BBA from UPES then go for logistics marketing.

Average package was about 3.5 Lacs and the highest package was of 6 Lacs in undergraduate course of mine. Those who were recruited are working as their profile what they have chosen. Placements: Good placements. 60%-70% placements are there in BBA oil and gas marketing. In BBA packages are normal of 2 Lacs to 3 Lacs. If student are good at academic as well as at other activities then they got good package. Some companies demand of minimum 8 CGPA. They want only cream student. But currently placements are not high as high before.
