PUEET is Presidency University Engineering Entrance Test (PUEET). The eligibility criteria for PUEET is as follows:

• The candidate seeking admission to BTech Program should have passed in Pre-University / Higher Secondary /10+2 Examination from an approved State / Central Govt. Boards or from an International Board like University of Cambridge "A" Level Certificate OR Certificate from International Baccalaureate (IB), Geneva, etc.
• They must pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer
• Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics and one of the other science subjects in the combination as mentioned above for candidates belonging to General Category
• for candidates belonging to SC / ST and other Reserved Categories like Category -1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) students from Karnataka, the minimum marks required are 40% in Physics, Mathematics and one of the other Science Subjects in the combination as mentioned above.

The admission process for the B.Des program at Presidency University comprises the following steps:

Step 1: Application submission - Candidates must submit the online application form after reading the eligibility conditions.

Step 2: Appear in the PUEET 2023 exam - Candidates are required to appear for the Presidency University, Bengaluru evaluation test in addition to standard eligibility criteria. Candidates are also required to appear for the Personal Interview process. The admissions team also considers scholastic and extra-curricular records

Step 3: Preparation of PUEET 2023 result - The performance of the candidate in the entrance exam will be used to prepare results.

Step 4: Conduct of counselling and admission - The seat allotment process for PUEET 2023 will be done following the merit rank of the candidate in the entrance exam. At the time of seat allotment, the document verification process will also be conducted. Such candidates who successfully complete the verification process will be eligible for admission.
