Faculty: Teachers at Christ are very helpful and at the same time knowledgeable. Yo can ask them doubts in class and after class also. Good college and one can make the most out of it.
Placements: In the last batch, out of 300 odd students, a total of 90u2013100 got placed through the college placements, whereas many others secured their jobs themselves. I am not sure about the lowest package, but the highest package was for around 18 lacs per year. Tier 1 firms like CAM, SAM, Trilegal and Khaitan and Co. are very few of the prominent names that came for recruitment to our college.
Infrastructure: The college has a great infrastructure to offer. The campus is very vibrant and is always chirping. From places to hang out to football and cricket grounds, it has everything in abundance. Parking for vehicles and cafeterias, eateries and food joints, the college has around 30-35 different places to choose from when it comes to food. The food provided might not be the healthiest as it is mostly fast food, but if you want to eat once in a while, then that will not be an issue.
Faculty: The faculty is nice but very strict and particular about things at times, so much so that at times they take it too far. Knowledge and experience wise, they have an upper hand when compared to any other college in the state and there are few who are so driven by their passion for the subject that it makes it really interesting to listen to their insights on certain things, apart from the usual course. The curriculum, according to me, is well balanced and pretty relevant. The courses get updated from time to time to keep up with what the market needs, and the exams are also not too difficult if you pay enough heed to what's been going on in class.

Review of School of Law, Christ University.
Placements: 50% of the students are placed through college, and most of them go for higher studies. The highest package is around 12 lacs, and the lowest would be 7 lacs. Trilegal, Khaitan, and Co. come for recruiting. I don't know about the roles. They provide internship opportunities throughout the year.
Infrastructure: It has one of the best faculty members and facilities, be it a projector or anything else. Libraries are very huge, covering 4 floors. The canteen is pretty good too, but it provides pork and beef, which is not good to be served at such places. They recently established Bird Cafe, which is extremely beautiful.
Faculty: Teachers are very sweet. Teaching quality is top notch. The course is totally relevant, and of course law has a vast syllabus with lots of new information coming daily. Exams are, as usual, on the difficult side; you need to give your best. Every month is burdened up with assessments.
Other: I chose this course because I didn't want to go for anything like B.Tech or NEET and JEE. College should not burden students with so much work. They only organize one fest that is Ethnic day, which is so disheartening.

LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law - Batch of 2023
3.4
1Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Christ: A world apart. Great faculty, an apt curriculum, a great atmosphere, and perfect weather.
Placements: The LL.M. program promised a wide array of placements that should've come, but the same did not happen. Only a handful of students found placements, and that too at a minimalistic level. The package was, as far as I remember, INR 3 LPA. There were only a number of internship and employment opportunities that came to the LL.M. batch. The LL.B. batch, though, had all the facilities they needed. Opportunities and internships were plentiful. The major companies that came included the Big 4, like EY and KPMG. More than 80% of them were placed.
Infrastructure: The hostel is amazing. Cheap, in relation to other properties rent in Bengaluru. It has regularly cleaned rooms, wide space, airy rooms, and great people. The food was just a tad over-decent in the hostel, but the canteen was quite lovely. Medical facilities were prompt, and so were the sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers were one of a kind. Helpful, caring, indulgent, and inspiring. They wanted us to do our best and tried their best to help us overcome the issues and hurdles. The curriculum, however, could be improved as the subjects relevant to the field could be added more and some subjects with less relevance could be removed.
Other: It is a great experience. The combination of study, passion, entertainment and ambition.

Despite the COVID pandemic, we had excellent infrastructure and placements in 2019 to 2020.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 13.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7.4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Adlaw Partners, Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja, King & Patridge, Universal Legal, etc., visit our campus. Top roles offered are litigation, planning commission, legal advisor, general council, etc.
Infrastructure: The library is good. All books are available. Wi-Fi is available on each floor of our campus. Our university has a basketball court on campus. Many trees have been planted throughout the campus to provide students with fresh air. There are three canteens on our campus with different types of fresh and delicious food items available.
Faculty: Our teachers are very qualified, experienced, helpful, and knowledgeable. They not only help in our academics but also in our extracurricular activities. The course curriculum is relevant to our profession, resulting in good placements. The semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: I am very fond of debates and discussions, and it is also my dream to become a lawyer. The thing that I would like to see in our course is that students should spend more time in practical education, such as visiting courts, mooting, etc., rather than in their theoretical education.

Brief review about School of Law, Christ University.
Placements: The placement records of the School of Law at Christ University are decent, with an average salary of 8-10 lakhs per annum and the highest at 16+ LPA. Around 70% of students get placed, which is a good number. The records could be better, and the average package could be higher in corporate firms, but the quality of firms that come to campus is worth it. Legal firms such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, and King and Patridge are some of the noteworthy names. Many students also opt for litigation, judicial examinations, and higher studies. The school of law at Christ University has an internship and recruitment committee cell that provides great internship opportunities and CV building. The companies and firms that have visited include Tri Legal and Sam and Cam, as well as other firms and chambers of lawyers and advocates of the Karnataka High Court. The projects and outcomes that are provided during internships focus on enhancing legal knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Christ University, which is a big campus with lots of greenery. It's divided into blocks, and there are many food outlets with a variety of foods. There's a bird park and a duck park, and the entire infrastructure is covered with centralized Wi-Fi. The classrooms are pretty good, but could be better. The library is very good, spanning four floors and containing almost all the books a student needs. There are two hostels on campus, Jonas Hall for girls and St Kuriakose Hall for boys. They're inexpensive, but there are a lot of restrictions and seats are limited. There's a medical facility on campus, and the sports and game facilities are very good, with all the necessary grounds for every sport.
Faculty: The faculty and staff are very qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable. They are always willing to answer questions and help students in any way they can. The teaching methods used by most of the faculty are a combination of traditional and modern approaches. Most of the teachers are very good, although there are a few exceptions. The course curriculum is very relevant and informative, and provides students with the knowledge and practical skills they need to be successful in the legal profession. Exams in law school are divided into three sections: CIA 1, 2, and 3, and end semesters. The CIA exams consist of projects and mid-semester exams, and are relatively easy. The end semester exams are more challenging, but most students pass easily if we study well.
Other: I chose this course and college because I was interested in doing law and Christ was a very good option. Bangalore is a very good city for opportunities. The best thing about this course is that it is an integrated course with two dual degrees. It provides you with immense knowledge about the field of law and opens up a variety of opportunities for this career. I would like to suggest a few things for the improvement of the course: revision of the course curriculum and revision of the subjects and its content. Student life at Christ is very eventful and full of many events, fests, and things happening all around the college. It has a lot of other disciplines as well, which makes it more lively. The campus crowd is very good and full of opportunities. Nature surrounds the whole campus. It has many amenities from a basketball court to many food outlets. There are a few scholarships provided in collaboration with other agencies by the college but no direct scholarships.
