Review for SMS college Lucknow .
Placements: The placement are good enough as the college had tieup with company's like amul and average products, The teaching staff are also co-operative. There are many senior who got placement in renowned companies and organizations. It's a good place.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite Majestic and the different course building are named after indian river, s. The food provided in the hostel, is not on the level of raise worthiness. The building are regularly cleaned and are maintained.
Faculty: The teacher are very Interactive and even provide you with knowledge other then the college course. The difficult rise along with the semester but are but the student are taken care of the by the teachers. Sometimes are even given general knowledge.
Other: There's a compulsory dress. Like your typical school dress. And is quite strict some times boring .

This college provides good placements.
Placements: In this course students get placements, and many students who want to pursue higher study they do not want to take placements offered. Many companies visit our college to hire students like Bandhan Bank, Bajaj, Holding, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. It provides classes which are good and furnished with fan, light, led board. It also provides a cold water tank and washrooms are good. The library is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. If students have doubts then they can call or message them. Students can also go to their cabin to clear their doubts and they will easily explain all the topics. They try to make students ready for the industry, and companies hire them making students perfect and arranging all types of activities.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in this field. I want to explore more, and I am preparing for any other thing with B.Com. Extracurricular activities are held. The fresher party is also held in this college.

Partially satisfied because the college lacks good placements.
Placements: The college provides limited chances of placements. Limited companies visit the campus for placements. Around 10% of the students got selected. The salary offered by companies was Rs. 18,000 for the students placed in Delhi and Noida. Profiles related to the management are offered. Around 25% of the students got internships. The stipend offered was Rs. 6,000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. It has all the facilities. Labs, classrooms, library and sports area are well-maintained. Classrooms are always clean. Food in the canteens is not much good. I didn't face any issues related to the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, qualified and have good knowledge. Teaching quality differs from faculty to faculty according to their teaching style. The college doesn't allow B.Com batches to go for any industrial tours. The course curriculum is as per the norms of the university.

The review of School of Management Sciences.
Placements: Only 10% of the students get placed from our college. The highest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. Students get selected in the campus drives very rarely. Poor companies visit this campus for placements. They invite the worst companies to conduct placement drives. There is no better scope for placements. Placement drives are conducted only for namesake.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure, hostel, playground, location, and food facilities provided are poor. The college doesn't provide any other facilities like gym and sports facilities, and they don't even conduct any industrial tours or casual tours. Students will feel like being in their schools here, and some institutes which offer 10+2 courses are better than this college as they at least provide good infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are good over here, but since the college pay very less, we used to have new faculty members every new season. Even the students are not well-behaved. Our faculty members have been trying to give their best, but the campus atmosphere is not good. Students often feel bored when they stay on campus.

Good placements and a satisfactory experience.
Placements: It totally depends on you. The college placement cell provides you with all those platforms and I can say the placement are for BTech (2-3 lakhs PA), BCA and B.COM (2 lakhs PA), MBA/PGDM (2-3 lakhs PA). I was a student of BCom batch 2014-2017 and one thing I used to observe that the placement cell and the faculty members are very supportive in terms of placements. Almost all deserving students got placed. Companies like PepsiCo, Godrej, Concentrix and HCL come to hire all students. The highest package was for MBA at 5-6 lakhs and I cannot say anything about BTech as I was a management student. Companies come on a regular basis.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is like it only works in the morning and then they turn off after 9 AM. Labs for BTech and diploma are just average. Classrooms are good and there are medical facilities to both hostel students and day boarders. There is a basketball court in college and a volleyball court also. There is a big ground where cricket and other games are played The college has Indoor games also and all playing instruments are available. The canteen is average, not so good and not so expensive also. The hostel is also good only if I can stay 20 km out from the city because there is nothing around the campus you will be like a student enclosed in a box. You have to travel 20 km to eat something good. There are small markets where you can buy your daily use stuff.
Faculty: Faculty members are really awesome in SMS. I have no idea about BTech but management blocks have some great mentors. They are supportive and they will always guide you whenever you need them. They are well-qualified and some are from NIT, ICSI, Amity and AMU. Faculty members have enough knowledge that they can help a student to achieve something in life. Their teaching method is also good but some teachers are boring, but not all. The student-faculty ratio is about 3:10. There are various industrial visits and also they provide you with the internship In companies like Tanishq, UAE Exchange, Mother Dairy etc. The college is affiliated with Lucknow University and UPTU.
