SCMS Cochin School of Business Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Kochi

Placements: Each batch of PGDM consists of more than 100 students. A lot of companies come to recruit students on campus. Main recruiters are Malayala Manorama, byju's app, Aditya Birla, HUL etc. All students got into internship since it is compulsory academically. Some students got internship from college and some through their personal contacts. E4, Indian rare earths, reliance etc. are some of the companies that offered internships.

Placements: 98% placements with average package of 4.5L Most of the placements in Sales and Marketing. Number of companies visited was almost 120+ For the student strength of 160+ Good curriculum gives thought process to start with own business and the same will be embedded in the minds of students by faculty.

Placements: Eighty-nine percent of the students in our college is placed. The lowest package is 5 lakhs per annum, the medium package is 7 lakhs per annum, and the highest package is 7 to 12 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Colgate, MakeMyTrip, etc. Three percent of students got placed in Deloitte, and 4% in MakeMyTrip. Top roles offered by the course are manager posts, sales posts, HR manager, etc.

Placements: Placement records were around 85-90% in the previous year with companies like Amazon, Marico, Asian paints, ICICI securities, KPMG etc. Are among the few big companies that visited last year. This year too companies like Aditya Birla, Airtel, Asian paints have come for internships.

Placements: The placements of the college are more for us while compared to our seniors. The students who have a good and high percentage were placed in Microsoft, Capgemini, and some other companies, which are very useful for the students. Last time, in the placements, 11 of our college students were selected by Microsoft only.

Placements: The placements at SCMS was above average during the year 2015-2016 with more than 75% graduates being offered placements. The salary package offered varied from 3 lakhs per annum to 10 lakhs annum. The role given were data analyst, sales manager, sales executives, HR manager, supply chain manager etc. The top companies that came to SCMS were Decathlon, Pantaloons, Axis Bank, Asian Paints, DHL, ICICI Bank, etc.

The college is located in Kochi. The work load is too much. We have lots of assignments and test in the week before the end of examination. It is a course with 2 or 3 credit subjects and it is 6 trimester course. Every term is for 3 months and it contains lots of assignment and tests. We have an internship program of 3 months where we have to do our internship in good companies and these companies should be located outside Kerala. A institute to rely on. Course curriculum is fantastic and methodology of teaching is marvelous. It was nice experience to be alumni. Being a part or such institution is quite good experience, however there are some partiality exists in examination markings. So it is good forllocal students and want to be settled in Kerala. Placements: SCMS offers a huge range of placements in most popular companies. It also provides knowledge and creates a corporate atmosphere which makes students more professional. This college is the best choice for management courses. It offers best management courses in Kerala.

Placements: More than 70% of the students are placed. The average package is INR 7.8 LPA. Aditya Birla Fashion, ITC, HUL, Federal Bank, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. are some of the top recruiters. College is also providing internship opportunities for students. Various companies are approaching our college to take students as interns.

Placements: About 90% of the students from our course have been placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Asian Paints, ICICI and Idea are the top recruiters for our course. In our course, top roles offered are senior manager-level roles. Placements: There is no placement. Please don't join this college full fraud and corruption. If they say 100% placement, then ask them to show proof. These guys sign MOU with some unknown college I don't whether it exists or not. There are partition and racism at the extreme. Girls are given higher preference and college faculty have a separate lift, stairs and even different canteen in which we must not even look.

Placements: About 80% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro visited our campus for placements. I don't know about the roles offered to the students. I don't know about the salary package offered in our course. About 75% of students got an internship in various companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, etc.

Placements: About 95% of the students in our course got placed. Top recruiting companies like HUL, Deloitte, TCS, Federal bank, Aditya Birla, etc., visited our campus for placements. The salary package offered ranges between 5-12 LPA. Jobs are offered to students in marketing, HR and finance domains.
