There are very poor infrastructure and facilities. It focuses more on studies.
Placements: About 65% of students were placed from B.Com of SCMS SSTM. Top recruiting companies here are Deltoid, Apollo and many more companies. About 10% of students got internships from the B.Com course and got selected in various companies, mainly in Deltoid.
Infrastructure: There are very poor facilities here. Poor quality food is available in the mess of the college hostel, and it always serves cold food. The best food items available here are appam and egg curry. For sports, only a basketball court is available, and there are no other courts. There is no period for recreational activities. Toilets are not clean.
Faculty: There are very helpful faculty members here. They make students do quizzes frequently. The pass percentage is a minimum of 35% out of 100%, and it consists of internal and external exams. In internal exams, out of 20 marks, assignments contain 5 marks and attendance contains 5 marks. Moreover, the internal exam contains 5 marks, and the model exam contains 5 marks. The curriculum makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course to get into the IT field. This course is job-oriented. I wish to improve the curriculum. Lots of events, fests and extracurricular activities are organised here.

An mixed experience. There was both good and bad.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed are pretty high but the students who actually opted the job is pretty low. Many of the big companies had come for placement like TCL, HCL, banks etc. The salary range offered varied from 15000-30000. The roles were not specified but they said it will be according to the performance in the training period.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okey. There is a computer lab but the system are not updated. The library was a common library. The students doing MBA/PGDM M.Com B.Com accessed the same library. Classrooms where good. Centralised AC and digitalised classrooms where available. The hostel was not that great and the food too was the same. But the hostel MET the basic necessities one would require.
Faculty: The teachers where good. They were qualified and knowledgeable. But some of them lacked teaching skills. They couldn't convey the actual idea they had at times. The curriculum is also good but it doesn't make u industry ready. The curriculum touches almost all area but doesn't go into it in a detailed way.
Other: I chose the course because my family was into business and I needed a platform which actually introduced me into the business world. I wanted to pursue CA so the degree I opted was B.Com. There where events and other activities in college but I would have liked it to be a bit more often.

I am one of the satisfied students because of the teaching quality, placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: SCMS is famous for its campus placement. Almost 80 percent of the last year UG students got campus placements from multinational companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc. The salary package ranges from Rs. 35,000 per month to Rs. 60,000 per month. Almost 55 percent of the students got the internship from the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, library, and medical facilities are available on the campus. Various sports and games facilities are also available. The quality of labs and classrooms are very good. The canteen is very hygiene and very good quality food is available here.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and hardworking for getting their students to higher levels. They are highly qualified for their profession. Their teaching quality is very good. The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. The course curriculum is very useful.
Other: Many extracurricular activities like events, college fests, celebrations, connectivities, scholarships are available on the campus.

Strong placements, excellent faculty, industry-focused curriculum, and great campus facilities.
Placements: The placement rate for my course is 95%. The highest package offered was ?30 LPA, the lowest was ?3LPA, and the average was ?4LPA Top recruiters include Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Around 80% of students secured internships, with roles at Deloitte and TCS.
Infrastructure: Our department offers state-of-the-art Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, and an extensive library. Hostels have good facilities with clean rooms, quality food in the mess, and 24/7 medical support. The campus also has excellent sports facilities for various games.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive, with a focus on practical learning. The curriculum is industry-relevant, preparing students well for the job market. Semester exams are moderate challenging, with a pass percentage of around 90%. .
Other: I chose this course for its industry relevance and strong career prospects. The best part is its hands-on learning and industry exposure. I wish there were more collaborative projects. The campus is lively with great events, strong connectivity, scholarships, and diverse extracurricular.

It is a very strict college, and it does not conduct many fests.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in our course is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google, TCS, and Infosys. The roles offered in the course are accountant, bank manager, financial consultant, and others.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Most classrooms are air-conditioned. The library is huge. There are a large number of books for reference. The food served is not that good. The main issue is the food.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is good. It is based on the experience of teachers. The curriculum is relevant. It does not help that much to get industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult. We need to score 24 marks out of 80 to pass.
Other: I chose this course to learn more about financial planning. This course is widely spread. The college does not conduct many events unless you beg for them. The campus is good, and the crowd is fine. There are many extracurricular activities, but the college is very strict. There are too many restrictions.

It is the best college for those students who want to study seriously.
Placements: The faculty members are very good at interacting and helping us also during examinations. Many companies come here to offer placements and internships. Deloitte is one of the many multinational companies which came recently, and it offered placements to more than 10 students from our college, as per my knowledge. South Indian Bank also comes to our college with placements and internship opportunities, and the competition is tough. The selection is very narrow and selective.
Infrastructure: The facilities are not so good compared to the fees. The men's hostel is a little far from college. Mess is okay. The college is overflowing with clubs and its co-curricular activities, and our library is known as one of the largest libraries I have ever seen. I have a wide variety of books in many sections, and the book you are looking for is definitely in there. Sports like basketball and football are very active in the college, and the college has a gym and an outdoor gym near Lakeview point, which makes workout sessions incredibly soothing. Students teach senior citizens who are enthusiastic about learning. The college covers everything in terms of curricular and sports activities.
Faculty: This is the best college. Our college has an excellent infrastructure and an eco-friendly campus. The system helps and will continue to help the students throughout the session, and also our college has well-equipped and upgraded laboratories. Classrooms are also properly ventilated and lit, which provides a good atmosphere.
