SDJ International College Review.
Placements: As per B.Com, there are not many chances of placement in college, but for BBA, BCA, and B.Sc. IT, there are chances for them to get placements as they have an internship period where they are sent to companies from college. These are private limited companies with a turnover of approx. 50-100 crore or more.
Infrastructure: Great and fantastic infrastructure! The college looks like a white palace from the outside. The faculty is great; one of our economy professors has done a PhD in it. The canteen food is good in quality but not in taste. There are many fests in college, team-building activities, clubs, social activities, etc.
Faculty: They make students industry-ready with the latest knowledge. Every year, the books change as technology and tax rates change; all the needed changes are made in the books. Semester exams are much harder, as there is no single book for the B.Com paper; it is made from 15 books, including CA, MBA, etc. The passing rate is around 37-40% only.
Other: As B.Com, there is the leverage of choosing any course you want for a master's, and it has its value. Tax, Business Economy, HR—everything is covered under B.Com. SDJ is the first choice of any student in Surat, as the crowd here is from big families, like millionaires of Surat.

Review for SDJ International College: 3.5/5.
Placements: I think around 10 to 15 percent of students are placed in the whole BCA batch, but I don't know about the highest and lowest packages because the college hasn't declared them. My friend got an internship in the 3rd semester, but he found that internship on his own (most students did). I think 20-25% got internships, with top roles being web and app developers in trending languages.
Infrastructure: The college and classrooms are really good, and the computer lab is unique and well-equipped. Most of the computer labs support the latest versions of Windows and Linux, and all computers are connected to the internet, which is very helpful for finding solutions on your own and for research. There are no hostel facilities, and most students live in Surat.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are mostly good, except for one. The teaching quality is also good, but I feel the course curriculum is a bit outdated. Some subjects do help make you industry-ready. Semester exams at the college are moderate—not very hard, but not very easy to pass. About 85-90% of students clear the exams.

Overall, rating is 7/10. Faculty is 7/10. Infrastructure is 8/10.
Placements: The course was overall good. Recruiting companies are mostly start-ups, as my city is growing in IT. Packages are also for a higher level. I didn't get any internships. There were many students who could easily get a job, so I would say 20–30% of students got the placement (not the exact information).
Infrastructure: My college BCA department is better than other departments. They definitely have better infrastructure than most colleges in my city. The library has previous years exam papers, which helps you, and I live in a city where there is college, so I wasn't staying in any hostel.
Faculty: Yes, teachers were quite qualified, except 1-2. They taught really well. The senior college was not as difficult as it seems but not easy at all. Well, some syllabus is quite outed, which should be looked up by the university again. It's a university issue, and the college cannot do anything.
Other: I chose this course because of IT's growing industry and had to try something new. About the course, I would say they should really upgrade their syllabus, which is outdated in some subjects. Overall, it's good. And finally, events in colleges are on another level; you won't see any events happening in other colleges than here. It was a great experience.

College life at SDJ International College.
Placements: 50 percent of students were placed in my course, and the highest package offered was 12 lacs per annum and the lowest was 4 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies for my course are IBM, Meta, Intel, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.; I don't know how many students got internships from my college, and the top role offered in my course is web development.
Infrastructure: My college has good classrooms, and our lab has more than 100 personal computers for the students, each of which is connected to Wi-Fi. Our college also provides a library for the students, and our canteen provides good and quality meals for the students. Students can play sports and games as per their wishes after getting permission from the professor.
Faculty: The teachers were actually good and too helpful for the students, and the professors are highly qualified in the field; their teaching techniques make it easy for the students. Also, semester exams are neither easy nor hard, and the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because the future is digital and full of technology, or we can say the IT field, and in this field, the risk of not getting a job is zero, and events and festivals held on campus are the best. Also, several activities are held here.

Satisfactory environment.
Placements: There are no placement opportunities available, but they do share a few job opportunities that are received by their alumni. Internare is available only for the required courses, such as BBA. There are no roles offered, but you do get good opportunities.
Infrastructure: The labs at the college are equipped with current technology. There's no Wi-Fi. Classrooms are well equipped with a projector. The College Library has all the books to be borrowed with no charges, just with the help of a library card or ID card. There's no canteen available, but you can always eat from the stalls available outside.
Faculty: Professors are, of course, well qualified and have a lot of experience. The quality of teaching is quite nice. The course curriculum is relevant. If focused, education does make them industry-ready. Semester exams can be passed if general knowledge regarding the subject is good.
Other: You get to be among the Posh crowd, especially in Surat. A few percent of students are also from the middle-class crowd. The events are just amazing. Participation in extracurricular activities helps you score higher in the internal examination. You can get the benefit of a scholarship as well.

Not too good nor bad, it is good as it is only ₹30,000 a year.
Placements: Our college does not offer placement because it only provides bachelor?s degree and bachelors do not get placement in any company by the college, but the faculty does help you to get a job in any company or organisation, but it does not provide proper placement in any company.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was not too good, but it was average. At my time, it only had a single floor, and the library was also in construction. But after the 1st year, when the library was constructed, it had a pretty good canteen and ground for outdoor games and a hall for indoor games .
Faculty: Teachers were really good. Like some of the teachers were bad, but mostly more than half of the faculty were really helpful and qualified. They even taught us how to handle employees, companies , etc. Exams were not hard; nor were passing marks. Internal was 11/30, and external was 25/70.
