Overall, it is a good college for science and commerce students.

Placements: Most of my batchmates are pursuing a PhD or working in different private and government companies. Our batch scored a good overall percentage in the whole BSc course. Most of them got chances in IITs and other top-class universities of India to do M.Sc. or PhD.

I am highly satisfied with the course curriculum, way of teaching and numerous events.

Placements: Campus recruitments are being provided before final exams. Companies like TCS, CTS and Wipro visit here to hire freshers. Almost 50% of the students who want to be at service gets placed. The salary package offered is 1.5 -2 LPA with convenient locations. Generally, BPO services are offered to the students.

I am satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: About 15% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Many companies visit our campus for placements. TCS is the top recruiting company. I don't know about the roles offered to the students. The highest salary package offered in our course was 2.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Only 15% of students got an internship at our college.

Best university and best faculty members in Kolkata.

Placements: Placement committee of this university is commendable. They try to improve every year. Almost ten to fifteen percentage candidates are placed every year. Top companies like TCS, HSBC, Genpact, Ipsos are recruited every year. In the initial stage, they offered fifteen thousand rupees per month.

Infrastructure is good with a huge campus.

Placements: I am studying B.Com (Honors) evening session. There are four sections 2 for honours and 2 for general. Our course syllabus is based on the accountant, which consists of 6 semesters with CBCS system containing financial accounting, cost and management accounting etc. Our college contains almost 300 students together from four sections. Our college is located in Howrah, and it has a huge pond. The campus is huge with a good quality canteen, and it is remodelled this year.

Good faculty and should be considered for studying in the college.

Placements: No placement in Calcutta university, don't know the number of students placed or nothing such kind of average salary, no companies came for recruitment, no package offered and no record for my college regarding the internship or any such kind related to the same.

Once it was a premier college for commerce, but now it is just another tier 2 college.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are extremely satisfactory. For senior batch, placements are conducted for namesake, and only a few companies visited the campus for placements. Students should not expect a proper job just after completing a bachelors degree from college. The highest salary package offered must be around 6 LPA for students who are extremely meritorious.

Review of Seth Anandram Jaipuria College (SAJC Kolkata).

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Reputed companies, like TCS, Concentrix, Wipro, ICICI Bank, Amazon, etc., have visited our college and offered a secure and good job to almost every student and motivated them. They offered a worthy salary package for freshers ranged between Rs. 13,000-17,000 per month. Moreover, students are getting placed before graduation. It's good to be a part of this college.

It is an average university for pursuing computer science course.

Placements: The college doesn't provide any support for placements. So it is extremely difficult to find a job after a graduation degree. Hence I would not advise anyone to join the university due to lack in support for placements. Most people opt for higher studies or prepare for government jobs.

The college is excellent for studies.

Placements: Every year, TCS visits our college for placements. This year, Amazon has also visited our college, and I got selected for both TCS and Amazon. Other companies like ICICI Prudential, Concentrix, IDBI, South Indian Bank, etc., visited our campus for placements. Every company almost offered good placements and salary packages. The lowest salary offered is around Rs. 8,800 per month to Rs. 9,200 per month by TCS. TCS also offered PFs on ability scale. They were also offering around Rs. 13,000 per mo...

Placements: A wide range of companies visit our college to offer placements. Companies like Amazon, Google, TCS, etc., have visited our campus for placements. You have to appear for the selection test, and the selected candidates can appear for the interview. Companies most probably choose you depending on your qualification and confidence.

I am dissatisfied with the canteen service.

Placements: Placement chances in this college are very low. When I got into this college, my friends told me that I would not get placements. However, a few private companies come and recruit students. If you want to get good placements after B.Com, I suggest you not to opt this college.

The college has really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: As it's a general college, the college is not able to provide placements. But if you are a student from the science department, then your future is good. Some career counselling sessions are organised by the college, but they are not sufficient. If you graduate from SAJC in B.Com, you will get very good placements outside.

Placements: Many students get placed in various companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. Many banking sector companies like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, etc., offered placements to many students. The placement faculty are great. They gave the best suggestion for our career. Students are motivated in the placement activities.

Satisfied with the quality of knowledge provided.

Placements: The placement scenario of our college is good. Many companies like Indigo Airlines visit our campus for placements. Profiles offered are not much good as you won't be able to apply your knowledge (related to course) in the respective job. But it's good for beginning your career. Overall, the college has decent placements.
