Dissatisfied with our college as there are no placements. But, the infrastructure is good.

Placements: There is no specific placement cell for students. We heard nothing related to placements during the course period, and we are not even informed about placement records and the companies that visit for recruitment. There are no internship programs.

Faculty were superb, so the infrastructure doesn't matter much.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Campusing is not conducted for our batch, and we have suffered a lot. The management was not dynamic for arranging campus drives. The student union did not take an active part in nurturing. Overall, this is a drawback of the college.

Satisfied because of the faculty and facilities.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Few companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Axis Bank, and Indigo Airlines visit the college for placements. Job profiles offered are good, and the maximum package offered is 2.50-3 lacs per annum. Internships are not available. But otherwise, the placements are good, and anybody can take admission here.

SAJC Kolkata is a good college to study commerce.

Placements: The placements were not that much good. Most of the students choose other opportunities because they are interested in their higher education rather than doing a job immediately after completing their college. 30%of the students got placed. The job role was not that much good, and the salaries were also low.

It is the best college with the best faculty members.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Companies like Infosys, IBM came to the college for placements. The students were offered the roles in BPOs. The salaries were not disclosed. They said it would depend on the job location of the student. In my senior batch also, placements were good. Most of the students were interested in continuing further studies.

It is a good college for B.Com (Hons).

Placements: Placements in our college were quite good. Good finance companies come to the college for placements, but the roles offered by them were not good. Most of the students were doing CA, so they were not interested in that role. Companies like Infosys, IBM came for placements, but the roles and salary offered was not good.

The review of SAJC, Kolkata.

Placements: Placements in the college are good compared to other government colleges. Every year, around 5-6 companies like TCS, Capgemini, ICICI Prudential, Indigo Airline, etc., visit the college for placements. Journalism department has it's separate placement cell. There is no pre-placement training for the students.

I'm satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities of my college.

Placements: Placement are done on the basis of group discussion, then personal interview. The highest salary is around Rs25,000 per month, average Rs15,000 and the lowest around Rs 10,000. On an average around 25-30 students are selected. 4-5 different companies have come to our college for placement at the end of the third year.

Not satisfied. College has to go a long journey.

Placements: The campus has a training and placement cell for providing the job opportunity to the eligible students. Campus invites many reputed companies every year the top recruiters are Lawries GE capital HDFC Balmer Wipro Some of the students of senior batch students who were eligible given the interview and few of them were selected for the job. The salary offered was ?15000 to ?40000 per month. The opportunity for placement has became good from past few years. Here 5% of students got the job according...

Really good faculty members and facilities.

Placements: The placements of this college have been quite good and stagnant throughout. Various reputed companies like Horlicks, Amazon India, etc. came to hire students. The average salary package offered last year was 8 lacs per annum, and the highest was 14 lacs per annum. Students were mainly hired in the sectors of accounting.

The college is good for the commerce students.

Placements: Companies like TCS, Wipro and other business companies come to the college for the placements. They offer jobs for freshers also. The college mainly focuses on commerce studies. The placement chances in the business house will be more affected. We have a very good infrastructure.

A decent college to pursue graduation.

Placements: Generally, Wipro and TCS come for placements, but that they provide some basic work. The jobs offered are not much impressive as a career option. Students should pursue other courses in addition to this degree so that they can enhance their chances by boosting their CV.

Good college on a very pocket-friendly budget for the middle class who need the college education.

Placements: The placements are inexistent, but the college provides them in small numbers. It is too sad that the roles offered are mostly call-centre executives and customer support roles. The placements do not happen for the students of key sectors. The placements in customer support are not core area placements for B.Com students etc., but the placements are provided unlike most of the colleges under Calcutta University which do not even provide placements. Even though, the placements are not in core are...

It is the best college in Kolkata.

Placements: The college will place you in a good company, and just you have to crack an interview. They will hire students by looking that how much they are capable. Your behavior is also important in placements, and then they will give reviews that how the students were in college times.

College is good for those who want better results with low attendance.

Placements: No placement given by college on Bachelor of commerce. You can join only for a Certificate of graduation. Quality of teacher teaching is goods. Students passing percentage is good. Every year, Approximately 50% student get above 60% in aggregate.

Absolutely satisfied with my college.

Placements: Though I'm very new here, since my joining, I have seen many placements from renowned multinational companies. Some of my seniors (who are known to me) also got a job. It is good for the students who study at Seth Anandram Jaipuria College. Percentage of placed students is also good. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Indigo Airlines hire students from my college.

Improvement needs to be done for the betterment of students.

Placements: You can get placed as a paid up for call centers and small companies with a good pay scale being a fresher. You can't be able to get a good job in reputed companies as you will not get a boost CV which you would have got at St. Xavier's College or D.U. University.
