Placements: Donot expect a placement like Xaviers, average companies are available to hire you.50% of students get placed, the highest salary offered- 30-40k and the lowest - 15-20k. 20-25% of students got placements. Overall placements is average, and depends on your marks.
Placements: Good placement cell is available, and just you have to be active for all the information provided by the college placement cell teacher. A lot of companies does not come but little genuine companies like ICICI Bank, Concentrix, and airport department etc. The problem is, at the time of placement you need to be punctual and in a proper dress code.
Placements: We cannot expect the placements. We can prepare for civil services. The college was very good. Professors were very helpful. Though some IT companies like TCS came to our campus, I didn't want that. My classmates got placed in TCS.
Placements: Awesome placement overhere. If you do good in your college you will definitely get placement in awesome college. I will suggest you to go for it. I my self got selected in a company in 2nd year. But I did not join and there after got rejected in 3rd year. In year 2017 its placement was awesome.
Placements: I am a student of 1st year of college so I don't know about the placements very well but I know something about it. In our batch there are no placements as we are just in 1st year but for the seniors there are some placements. 40% of students were placed. I don't know about the offered salary. Companies like ICICI, HDFC bank and many other banks are visited our campus. Most of the students are get job as a banking executive. 40-45% students got internship from our college. I did not know much a...
Placements: The placement is not good in our college, and it is too complicated. About 60% of the students got their internship. The companies which come to visit here choose only B.Com students. They did not choose any BA or BSc or any stream belonging here.
Placements: Our college has an excellent and active placement cell which invites many PSUs as well as private companies to recruit graduates. There are companies like TCS, ONGC, Satyam, Spice Jet, Air India, and many more which give a package of around 2-3.5 LPA depending upon the criteria. Every session rolls out with at least 50-70 successful placements from our college. For more details, please log on to our college website and go to the placement section. Maximum calls are made from B.Com and B.Sc secti...
Placements: It can be said that they don't stop you for any placements as it's a government college. They do not have facilities of placement, whereas, in the private college, they do offer placements, but in the government college, they do not.
Placements: Just doing B.Com(Hons), there are no placements on big companies, but after doing this, if someone does MBA or CA or other courses, then it is a basic education for you. So, it is recommended that, after graduation from this college, try to pursue MBA or CA or other higher education courses.
Placements: Placements opportunities are very high. During my time TCS came and hired many students so placement opportunity is wide in this college. Various companies select our college students. Students were offered mostly accounting and IT related jobs. The placement cell is very useful since it helps students to get placed in a good organisation.
Placements: Well if you talk about placements, it will be external, not internal. You can apply for job after getting graduate from here. Your skill and knowledge may bring you success to your life and wealth. Sometimes internal recruitment comes in the college for that you should be attentive and awarded.
Placements: Since being a graduation college, there is no such thing as placements. Companies come and select a minimum number of students based on their quality, and how they handle the given situation. No such salary is offered by the companies that come to select students.
Placements: The placements were good. My friends got placed in big firms and earning great packages. Many of them placed with the salary package of 6 LPA, and many big companies came and conducted 2 to 3 rounds of interviews and selected desired students for the placements with good packages.
Placements: The students have the choice of the placements as you can apply for it. The average companies hire by the written examinations and then the interview round. If you are pursuing only B.Com honours degree and no other professional course, the placements are a good option for you. Last year, PWC visited the campus and hired most of the students.
Placements: The placements were good. There were too many companies to give us a job. But, the criteria did not fit for me, so I preferred for studies and join after some time. There were many renowned companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Concentrix, etc. But, the post was not for the accountant. So, I prefer not to do those jobs.
Placements: The placement cell of S.A. Jaipuria college is very co-operative. All the final year and pass out students who registered in the cell get interview /campusing call according to their educational criteria. I, personally got selected for TCS in the college. The recruiter's list consists of TCS, PWC, Genpact, and much more MNCs visit the college.
Placements: Several companies are looking for hiring in our college like TCS, Indigo, ICICI Bank and such. Here, 5 percent of student got the job. The highest salary was 40 thousand rupees per month, and the lowest salary was 20 thousand rupees per month for a job as cabin crew, Bank PO, etc. The previous year, there was a new company Indian Bull which went to the college for the first time and hired 30 students.
Placements: I didn't opt for the placement. I wanted to do the business and be an entrepreneur. I haven't tried the placement cell, and it was not that good at that time. I don't know about the present, but at that time the percentage was good among the students of our batch.
Placements: It is a very good experience there. But, when it comes to placements, our college performance is good in comparison to other colleges of Kolkata. I am a CA student, so I have to do articleship. So, my stipend is low, around 3000 for 1st year. The placement percentage is also good.
Placements: The college students get placed in companies like TCS, Genpact, etc. Overall, the college needs much more to do with campus placements. Since the college is a well-reputed college of Calcutta University, the students get the benefit of their education at this college. There is no placement cell. Statistics of placement is not available.
