Bachelor of Commerce course at SAJC.

Placements: Around 50% of students of SAJC are placed every year. The top recruiting company of our course is Tata Consultancy Services. However, there are no internship opportunities for us in the college. In fact, there is no proper placement cell in the college.

One of the finest colleges in Kolkata for B.Com.

Placements: There is no placement offered by the college. You need to attend classes and pass the examination and get the certificate. That is all you will get from the college. There is no such thing called placement in college. You pass the examinations and start looking for a job. I will recommend you to go for the evening section or morning section of the college. If you choose any of these sections then you will be able to do an internship.

The college is good for education, but it needs to improve the infrastructure.

Placements: Only a few toppers from the college got offers for placements. Roles offered by the companies are for general accountants. For internships, students need to rely on themselves. The college does not offer internship opportunities.

It's a good college if you want to go there for study purposes.

Placements: Placements are not good. You can go if you want to study. If you want a degree, then it's good.

It provides good teachers. I am not satisfied with its placements and college life is decent.

Placements: Our campus placements are not there in this college. But students can apply for internships at this college where they can earn money and experience which is good, students cannot expect any placements.

It is a good college, but the ambience is not good for all students.

Placements: There is no direct placement in our college. There is no highest or lowest package system in graduation. There are many recruiting companies, and there are also no direct internship companies. After completing the course, you should do your best to find a placement.

Our college is good for the commerce field.

Placements: The 3rd year students are eligible for the placement. Only some students got placement in campus placement at the UG level. But students can apply for the internship. Roles like marketing and sales are offered here. Top companies like TCS, Byju's, etc., visit the college for placements. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA.

Placements: Students of the final year are eligible for the placements. Only some students got a placement through campus placement at the UG level, but they can apply for the internship. Our college is good for B.Com.

Placements: Final year students are eligible for placements here. Only less percentage of students got placements in campus placements at a UG level. However, students can apply for internships. Job roles offered are marketing and sales domain roles. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Byju's in campus placements.

I am satisfied with the college but can be improved.

Placements: A few of us got placed from college. Some students got placed in TCS and Accenture. But the salary packages offered were very less. As far as I remember, the highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, which is noticeably low. Mainly job roles offered were financial analyst and data analyst. Our college did not provide internships.

College is affordable but no good facilities, faculty and placement.

Placements: Placement of the college is average. I'm not sure about the internship as we don't required to do it and neither college has taken any initiative for helping students in getting internships. 40% students got placement from the college rest will go for higher studies or search for jobs on their own.

I am satisfied with the college because of the office faculty members.

Placements: I'm not sure about internships as we were not required to do it neither the college took any initiative for helping students to find internships. I heard once that Tata Consultancy came in for campus placements, but only because the college needs some companies to come.

Since it's a government-funded college, it works best for a lot of students as it is affordable.

Placements: In our batch, in the beginning, there were around 50% of students. By the end of the third year, the total strength declined to less than 30% of students. There are no many placements in our course, i.e., English (Honours). So, none of the students got an internship in either of the companies.

Good faculty and should be considered for studying in the college.

Placements: No placement in Calcutta university, don't know the number of students placed or nothing such kind of average salary, no companies came for recruitment, no package offered and no record for my college regarding the internship or any such kind related to the same.

Once it was a premier college for commerce, but now it is just another tier 2 college.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are extremely satisfactory. For senior batch, placements are conducted for namesake, and only a few companies visited the campus for placements. Students should not expect a proper job just after completing a bachelors degree from college. The highest salary package offered must be around 6 LPA for students who are extremely meritorious.

It is an average university for pursuing computer science course.

Placements: The college doesn't provide any support for placements. So it is extremely difficult to find a job after a graduation degree. Hence I would not advise anyone to join the university due to lack in support for placements. Most people opt for higher studies or prepare for government jobs.

Satisfied with the quality of knowledge provided.

Placements: The placement scenario of our college is good. Many companies like Indigo Airlines visit our campus for placements. Profiles offered are not much good as you won't be able to apply your knowledge (related to course) in the respective job. But it's good for beginning your career. Overall, the college has decent placements.

Dissatisfied with our college as there are no placements. But, the infrastructure is good.

Placements: There is no specific placement cell for students. We heard nothing related to placements during the course period, and we are not even informed about placement records and the companies that visit for recruitment. There are no internship programs.

Faculty were superb, so the infrastructure doesn't matter much.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Campusing is not conducted for our batch, and we have suffered a lot. The management was not dynamic for arranging campus drives. The student union did not take an active part in nurturing. Overall, this is a drawback of the college.

Not satisfied. College has to go a long journey.

Placements: The campus has a training and placement cell for providing the job opportunity to the eligible students. Campus invites many reputed companies every year the top recruiters are Lawries GE capital HDFC Balmer Wipro Some of the students of senior batch students who were eligible given the interview and few of them were selected for the job. The salary offered was ?15000 to ?40000 per month. The opportunity for placement has became good from past few years. Here 5% of students got the job according...
