Review of Seth GL Bihani SD College of Technical Education.

Placements: Above 80% of the students are selected to give an internal exam from our course. We are learning about medicines. The college provides an internship in the medicine companies. We can open a medical store after completing the degree of pharmacy.

Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi facility for smart classrooms, which are held once a week. There are about 13 labs. Students daily play sports like cricket and kabaddi. There is a gym for every student who is interested in body fitness. I am happy with the facilities provided by the college.

Faculty: Teachers have more than 15 years of teaching experience. They are well educated and qualified. Most of them are college and university toppers in their time. They are hardworking. The course curriculum is relevant. They make students industry-ready, and also they teach us about it.

Other: I have chosen this course because it provides knowledge, and I am also interested in this course.

It's a very good college and offered good placements and many chances. I'm completely satisfied.

Placements: About 70% to 80% of the students from our course got placed because of the good teaching and eligibility criteria of the college. The salary package depends on the type of job you get as there are many opportunities after B.Pharma. Students will surely get jobs, but the salary offered to them vary between Rs. 10,000-18,000 per month. Sun Pharma, Cipla and Wockhardt are the top recruiters for our course. In our course, the salary package offered ranges from 1.8 LPA-3.4 LPA. About 80% of the students get internships in many pharma companies and local stores.

Infrastructure: The college is located in the centre of the city with every facility like every lab which we need in pharma and every type of instrument in labs. Moreover, there are labs which contain all instruments which are used in the industries. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and the classrooms are well cleaned with marble flooring, neat and clean. There is a library which has many books, along with sitting arrangements for 50 students. There is every type of book in the library. The hostel is situated away from the college within a walkable distance for boys and within the campus for girls. Hostel rooms are furnished with coolers and every facility with good food. The ground is huge to play, and there is a separate ground for every game. Moreover, there are a cricket academy, basketball court, volleyball ground, badminton court, etc.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, and you can interact with them any time in college or after college hours. All the teachers are PhD holders, while 2 teachers are holding a pharmacy degree. Every teacher has at least 10 years of experience of teaching. The teaching quality is also good as attendance is compulsory in the college. The course curriculum is relevant, and it completely prepares students for the industry.

Other: From the beginning, I have the curiosity to start an industry, and I always learn about medicines, so I decided to choose this course to have my own factory in the pharma line. During our tenure, our university followed a year-wise system for academics, which was not good. However, now it has changed into a semester system, which I want. Our college provides scholarships to students based on category, the academic percentage in their 12th standard, less income of their parents, any minor category, etc. Our college arranges various campus seminars, sports week and a tour to the pharma council.
