MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery - Batch of 2021
3.6

Satisfied with the faculty, average patient load in hospital and good infrastructure.
Placements: Since this is MBBS, obviously there will be no placements. Doctors don't have a thing called placement but yes, internship is done by all the students in the same institute, but if you want to change your hospital to some government hospital during internship, then this can be done after having discussed with the administration. During internship, you won't be paid since this is a private institution. You can work in other hospital with your TR and earn some money.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious but the air conditioners do not work. No Wi-Fi facility for students is there, it is provided only for the staff members. Library doesn't open before 10am and closes by 3:30 - 4pm, it's not 24*7 library. The labs are above average, in working condition if needed to describe them. The canteen food tastes good some days and tastes average some days, and we have seen 3-canteen owners change during our 4.5 year course. So can't actually comment on canteen food I guess. Hostel rooms provided by the institute will not be recommended by me, better take a room in nearby PG or hostel rooms. We have an event every year called PULSATION for the medicos, organized by the interns which is the much awaited and most happening part of this institute. This event has many fun filled activities ranging from different kinds of sports like football, basketball, cricket, kabaddi, volleyball and khokho to various forms of entertainment like singing, dancing, mehndi, bridal makeup and many fun games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable, provided you seek for the knowledge and are enthusiastic towards learning the subject. The course helps students mold into doctors. The 4.5-year course helps us to gain the knowledge which is then applied in our internships. During the first year, you will have to stick to the classroom and dissection hall and no hospital ground training but once you are done with it, you have 2 hours of hospital ground training which helps us interact with our patients. Students can manage to pass the semester exams provided they read daily and the pass percentage is above 80%.

It provides good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 150 students are placed in the MBBS course. There are hospitals hiring doctors and passing out MBBS graduates. The number of students getting placed into post graduation, and highly limited with very less students approaching post graduation.
Infrastructure: The institute has a broad infrastructure with spacious classrooms and council halls. This institution is constructed on a vast land with almost everything possible in it with a hospital, and even a mosque for students of minority Muslims is available. It is a minority college.
Faculty: The teaching staff in the college including professors, assistant professors, and the head of the department are good at teaching except for the learning part which is to be done by a student studying the subject. Exams are not that difficult if the student has merely prepared for them.
Other: MBBS is a good course, and doctors get to serve the nation by providing health.

For UG MBBS, it is a good college.
Placements: In MBBS there is nothing sucky about placements. The highest salary can depend on the number of studies you have done. If you are a specialist in your field, you can earn a good amount. Top roles in medicine can be achieved by studying superspecialties. After studying UG MBBS, you can opt for PG as well in the same college .
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is average. The library is available but not open 24/7, unlike some colleges. A canteen is available, which is good in terms of food. In sports, there is a basketball court available and a field is also available but not up to standard.
Faculty: Teachers are good in some departments and not so good in others; it depends on the department. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are pretty good at the college. The exams are not that difficult. Anyone who reads regularly will be able to pass .
Other: I chose medicine because it is my passion to help people and have a decent life. The best thing about the course is learning about the interesting human body. The things I want to improve are the exam's criteria. In my college, festivals are held, which are very enjoyable and it is around a week of celebration. In terms of extracurricular activities, I would say my college is average in terms of that.

The faculty is good but needs improvement with the infrastructure.
Placements: In MBBS colleges, there's no such thing as placements. We have 4 years plus an internship year to gain practical knowledge, after which we'll get our MBBS degree and later we can practice anywhere or work as DMOs in corporate hospitals. People generally study for NEET PG after MBBS, which can land us better job opportunities anywhere.
Infrastructure: This hostel has everything that a hostel shouldn't have. There's no water, no electricity, no safety, water leaks in the rooms, insect infestations, rates, no good food, no Wi-Fi, and half-broken furniture everywhere. The only reason for staying here is that it's inside the college campus .
Faculty: The teachers are really knowledgeable and have great experience. They teach really well and encourage us to learn more from classes and also from the department in the hospital. The exam pattern has changed, which makes it difficult to analyze the question and prepare answers accordingly.
Other: I always wanted to be a doctor; I passed my NEET UG in one go and got into Shadan. I wish the infrastructure would improve and provide more facilities to the hostel students. The extracurriculars are really good here. Seminars, workshops, assignments, and ACLS programs are organized monthly.
