The college is just good but not awesome.

Placements: Companies like Dell, Wipro, and Infosys visit the college to hire the students who are capable of the jobs. Our college has very good placements. If the students are skilled, they definitely get the jobs. Our college conducts various programs for extracurricular activities.

Good college with minimum industry exposure.

Placements: Placements of this college were not upto the mark. During my college days only few students were placed. Companies like emicon, accenture visited the campus. The highest package was 2 to 3 Lacs per annum was offered.40 % of students got internship from college with average stipend of rs 5000 to 10000. The placement cell was not that active. Students were not knowing about it.

Good in infrastructure and average in placements. Research-oriented labs are available.

Placements: There is a placement cell for every concerned department, but the placement cell must work more to bring some companies so that students of our college get some opportunities in order to secure their job like the students of other good colleges do. Only 4-5% of the students got on-campus placements with the average package of 3.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys and rest other local companies visit the college. In detail, 4-5 companies visit our college. Sometimes job fairs are organised, but those a...

Yes there is a placement cell in college.50% student gets internship from college campus. Internship is very useful for the students.

Above average college to gain some knowledge.

Placements: The institute does offer placements but the scenario is not so good. Most of the students do not get placed or does not get the desire job. The package that student got was not good enough. Very few students get placement even the big brands does't offer desired package or job here.

It has good college, faculty and placements.

Placements: The placement is good. Many multinational companies and national limited companies visit the college. Last week Nestle visited for placements. Isro and Infosys also visited, the students are happy when they saw the multinational companies in the college.

Satisfied because of facility and faculty. No good placement in civil, but good in other branches.

Placements: There are not many companies that came for placement in the civil department, but 2 or 3 companies came every year for placement, like CAD centre, Ferozepur, private companies and private construction companies, etc. Other branches are good enough as compared to the civil department.

College is very beautiful and campus is fully green. But students strength is low.

Placements: Placement are best for mechanical engineering and computer Science. Infosys is the best company for computer Science in this college. Every year placements are held. Many of students are placed. But nowadays college has lack of students so companies are not coming as compare to before.

The college is good for education and gaining knowledge.

Placements: The placement record in the civil department was very bad. The number of students who got jobs is very less. Only a few numbers of students got placed, but in other departments, the number of students who got jobs is more. In computer science, the highest number of students got job opportunities, but the package was not enough for the B.Tech students.

SBSSTC Review by a mediocre student.

Placements: Infosys and few small companies visited on campus placement. Rest we travelled to some on-campus placement drive to other location. Plus there were efforts in bringing TCS to the campus but could not be possible. 12-15 out of 130 who appeared in Infosys were placed.

It is a good college, but poor regarding the placements.

Placements: The placements in SBSSTC are good in diploma section, students of the diploma of all the branches are mostly placed on the campus. Approximately, 90% of diploma students are placed every year, whereas, in engineering, the placements are too poor, only a few students from computers and electronics are placed on the campus.

In a single word, the college is good but not best.

Placements: The placements of ECE branch and CSE are good. Infosys placed students on or off campus both from last three years. Infosys selected 5 to 10 students. Some other companies are also visiting the campus. The average package offered was Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month, but from last 2 years, lots of local company visiting for placement drive like CINIF Technology, Scope Telecom, Itronics, and much more company visiting because of Punjab government launch GGN Scheme 2017-18 (Ghar Naukri). Placements: Here, 60%-70% of students got placed. The highest salary is Rs. 35,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs. 15,000 per month. The roles were offered to the students is to be a supervisor or something else. There is a placement cell in the college. It is very efficient as students get jobs from it.

The infrastructure and facilities provided by the college are good. Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: The companies like Infosys and Wipro visited for campus placements. If you are taking admission in this college, you should be the topper to have college placement. Otherwise, you have to find the placement on your own.

No need to take admission in this college, mainly for faculty, teaching procedure and placement.

Placements: The placement record of this college is approximately negligible. Mainly, in my batch, not any student was placed in any company. Some students are getting placed through off -campus with a package of 2-3 lacs per annum. Only the IT companies come here. Some donation is offered for the financially weak candidate of approximately 5000/year.

Placements: The placement offered at my college was awesome this year. Many of the students got placed in more than one companies with good packages. As per my knowledge, 100% of the students got placed. On the first day, more than 60% of the students got placed. Many companies also offered training to the students of 3rd year for free. Placements: It is a place where you learn to become diplomatic. The placement record for the core branches is good. Many companies offer the jobs to other branches. Overall the placement record is fit and fine. The companies like Wipro and Infosys are highly reputed ones and visit the campus for the placement of the students.

Dissatisfied with the management, placement and the college fee.

Placements: There are no placements, mainly in core branches like mechanical and electrical etc. Students try to get job externally, but they failed. Some students were placed from computer science engineering and electronic engineering branches in companies like Wipro and Infosys etc. The highest salary package is 4 lakhs per annum. 1-2 % of the student got placed at that time. No need to take admission in this college according to my experience.

Satisfied with what the college had to offer.

Placements: The placements of my batch were on par with the previous batches of the colleges. Around 60% of the batch was placed in various companies that visited the campus. The highest salary offered to my batch was Rs. 3.25 lakhs. The biggest mass recruiter that visited the campus was Infosys Ltd and it recruited around 40 people from my batch.
