The college has a good infrastructure. The faculty of the college is decent. College encourages co-curricular activities among students. It needs some improvement regarding placements of students. It has now become a technical campus, so it is high time for it. Overall, it is a good college.

College staff members are amateur, I learned nothing practical from this college. Fees are higher for general students. My personal experience with this college no placements, higher fees, amateur staff, computer lab not working, no air conditioning, not helpful.

I studied my B.Tech in mechanical engineering in this campus. I enjoyed my study very much because the college campus is very interesting and facility staff is very cooperative. Moreover, if I talk about college blocks, it has 6 blocks i.e. civil block, mechanical block, chemical block, computer science block, polytechnic block and management block. The campus provides an awesome range of facilities and infrastructure for sports and fitness.

My College SBSSTC, is a one of the best and reputed college in my district. Students from various other states like Bihar etc., also come to study here. College Campus is spread in around 95 acres. Classes are interactive and have a good blend of formal lectures, case studies and presentations.

The college has a good faculty for CS engineering students. The atmosphere is great to study here. The infrastructure is decent. The hostels are helpful for students living far from their homes. The faculty comprises of technical as well as non-technical members.

This is a good campus for student who belong to the stream of Engineering. All courses are offered by college regarding technical education. CSE and ECE placements are quite good as compared to other branches. Faculty and staff is good. Campus is widespread in 100 acers of area having lush green surroundings together with all the facilities. My experience was good as I got on-campus placement but otherwise placements are average.

One of the best college of Punjab. Highly qualified staff. Good exposure through cultural events and sports. Good Infrastructure. Crowd is also good. Hostel facility is very cheap and good. Playgrounds are the best. Overall good place to study and we can say for overall development. Placement is good for only CSE not for all. This is the only drawback.

Infrastructure is good, Faculty members are good, lots of functions, large area, but some Faculty members are bullshit as this is Govt. College, good placement for computer science guys. Rest have to do work hard, company for rest branches comes comparatively less, I got placed in nestle India LTD.

The college is good with more experienced faculty members. One thing that is needed is to improve the soft skills and the placement scenario of the college. Since now it is an autonomous body so it’s better manageable. Most importantly certain amenities like auditorium etc. need to be fixed.

Very talented and co-operative professors. Very good placements, about 90% of my batch-mates including me, got good campus placements. Campus is spread across 100 acres, full of greenery, though it’s a bit outside the city but transportation is easily accessible. All the facilities are there like cafeteria, gym, mess, hostels etc. Hostels are fully Wi-Fi enabled.

If anyone wants an engineering college in Punjab, then I would suggest them Shaheed Bhagat Singh state technical campus. In the past, this was ranked in the top 5 colleges and it has continued to maintain its status. And now it is NBA accredited and converted into a fully government university. It has different blocks for different departments. Hostels are available at a very low cost.
