Competitive environment in the college leading to motivated groups of individuals.

Placements: 80 plus percentage of students were placed. The highest package offered for the last placement season was 44.45 LPA and the average package was 11.11 LPA. The number of offers made were 250 plus with A&M offering the highest number of packages. Top roles offered are in the fields of consulting, finance and marketing.

Infrastructure: Well equipped library with a well maintained portals. Wi-Fi enabled campus with coverage within the campus building. Classrooms are spacious with proper desks and useful tools for teachers to present and teach. The hostel is true to its services defined, with good provisions of sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful with their availability almost at all times. Easily reachable and quick response. The course curriculum is practical as well as theoretical, making the students industry fit. The semester exams have a moderate level of difficult.

Placements: As a first-year BFIA student at SSCBS, I admire its stellar placements. Around 95% of students get placed with an average salary package offered ranging from 5 LPA to 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and HSBC. Nearly all students secure internships in leading firms.

Infrastructure: BFIA program at SSCBS offers excellent infrastructure with modern classrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped library. Though SSCBS lacks hostels, nearby PGs are convenient. The canteen serves decent food. The campus provides good sports and medical facilities.

Faculty: BFIA program at SSCBS boasts knowledgeable and supportive faculty members who ensure quality teaching. The curriculum is industry-oriented, covering finance, investment, and analysis in depth. Exams are moderately challenging, with a high pass percentage reflecting effective preparation.

Other: I chose the BFIA program at SSCBS due to my strong interest in finance and investment analysis, and it has proven to be a great decision. The best aspects of the course include its industry-focused curriculum, experienced faculty members, and excellent placement opportunities. However, I believe there could be more practical exposure through workshops or live projects to enhance learning. The campus is vibrant with various extracurricular activities, annual fests, and student societies. SSCBS also has a diverse campus crowd and excellent connectivity. Scholarships are available for deserving students adding to overall appeal of this college.

Best undergraduate college for management. Not competitive for B.Sc. CS. Great infrastructure.

Placements: SSCBS is primarily a management college, actually one of the best at the undergraduate level, so B.Sc. CS takes a hit; the placements overall for B.Sc. are not good, but one of the best for management courses, so if any CS graduation here wants to switch and explore management and finance as careers, SSCBS can be a good option.

Infrastructure: SSCBS has one of the best infrastructures among all the DU colleges. We have cushioned seats, projectors in every classroom, Wi-Fi access throughout the campus, computer labs with almost up-to-date technology (better than many colleges), and the campus is basically a corporate building. We have a multipurpose auditorium, seminar rooms with seating that you SEE in IIMs, and hostel rooms that are very spacious. Also, the electricity is free for hostellers, and for 1.44 lacs annually, the hostel is a good value for money; the only downside is the curfew time, i.e., 8:30 PM.

Faculty: The faculty members are very experienced, some of them with over 30 years of experience in their own field, professionals who graduated from various other top DU colleges, and also postgraduates from IIMs and FMs teach here. In the Computer Science department, teachers are very considerate, and they teach us with equal respect, i.e., one of the best things.

Other: Being a government college, the services we get are really value for money, one of the best infrastructures, good networking opportunities, brand value, a unique personality-building experience, etc. Definitely makes SSCBS worth it & valuable for money.

SSCBS - The Best Undergrad B-School of India.

Placements: Shahid Sukhdev College of Business Studies has its own placement cell known as CDC, the Career Development Centre. The CDC provides internship opportunities for students belonging to the second year, while it provides placement opportunities for students of the third year. Top companies of the corporate world visit SSC, which include EY, Brain Capability Network, McKinsey and Company, BCG, Niti Aayog, Accenture, and many more big firms. The highest package of the college to date has gone up to 44 lakhs. Also, the average annual package is around 10 LPA. Almost 80% of the students that are registered for the placement season get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of SSCBS is probably the best in the DU circuit. There is a seven-floor main building. On the back of it, there are two other buildings, which include the boys' hostel building and the girls' hostel building. The college is equipped with centralized surveillance and an AC system, along with lift facilities for students and teachers separately. The college also has a big auditorium, which is large enough to accommodate all of the students and faculty at once. The classrooms are equipped with smartboards, which makes it easier for the teachers to make students understand the concepts. There are two libraries in the college and a canteen where the food is very hygienic and tastes decent.

Faculty: SSCBS is a business and management-specific college and offers only three courses, which include BMS, BBA (FIA), and B.Sc. Hon. Due to a few selected courses in the college, the faculty is fully focused on providing the best for the students and is available for students both inside and outside the classroom. Many of the faculty members are alums of top B-schools around India, like IIM ABC and others.

Other: BBA (FIA) is a much better course for students belonging to the field of commerce as it is a professional course and gives more exposure to what the corporate world looks like than what B.Com Hon has to offer. Various events are organized in the college throughout the course of the year, while the highlight is Crescendo - the annual fest of SSCBS.

Absolutely satisfied with the crowd, placements, etc. and the college changed my mindset.

Placements: About 90% of the students get placed, including off-campus jobs. 70% of students get placement from on-campus companies. Brain, LEK, and Accenture are the major recruiters. On-campus internships are not very good because only 5-6 good companies come, which include McKinsey, Nation with Namo, Abinbev, etc. However, people do good internships off campus. Top roles offered include analyst in consulting firms and associate and research associate in finance firms. Also major domains include consulting, analytics, finance, and marketing.

Infrastructure: The hostel is good and has all basic facilities. The management is however poor at times, which include water problems, problems in washrooms, etc. The rules are much stricter as the intime is 8:30 pm and you need to come before that; otherwise, you need permission or will have to pay a fine. Similarly, leave has to be taken a day before, and that too before 6:00 pm.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable; the quality is good, but the things become quite hectic if you want to do professional courses along with them. Almost everyone gets passed; however, sometimes they receive a back in a specific subject. A good score is 9+ SGPA.

Other: Societies are very good and encourage learning atmosphere.

Infrastructures and facility were good. Overall that was nice and good.

Placements: They offered 2 Lacs package in my course. They offered me a software engineer in wipro company. We were five friends and only 2 get placements. Faculty were good some of them were discussing. They discriminate sometimes and make a difference, wipro, amazon and tata give internship to us and roles was absolutely more than expectations but we don't get joined in them because we don't get good percentile.

Infrastructure: The facilities were good the canteen and specially football groung building infrastructure was also superb. And I enjoyed the programmes and fest there the cleanliness around campus was also fantastic. Classrooms and library was so good every cultural activity and programme was celebrated well. We enjoyed a lot.

Faculty: The teachers was so helpful and faculty were amazing the semester exam was moderate according how do u study that depends on. I loved the teaching quality. The semester exams were so difficult and faculty was so strict during examinations The teachers were very young so mostly girls sometime do flirt with them. The pass percentage was 45percentage. The teachers were so qualified and knowledgeable they explained every topic very well. Some of them used to come and just get out.

Other: Events, fest was outstanding and u really love the surrounding and campus. Extracurricular activities happened whole year and just because of that sometimes we don't get time for exams.
