It is a good college to study in.

Placements: The placement was really nice. All the big companies did visit here. The highest pay offered which you can guess is Rs. 13 to 15 Lakhs, and the lowest is Rs. 3.5 Lakhs. The roles offered were of all type like the technical, financial, sales, etc. There was also a placement cell which was very active and supportive. We also always get emails regarding all the companies coming for the placements.

One of the good colleges of M.P.

Placements: The placements were average. The average package was around 3-5 lacs. Not very reputed companies like GE Healthcare, Philips, etc., are interested. BME department also provides training for placement. The training and placement cell officers (student, teachers and other members) controls all the activities related to internship and placement. The frequently visiting companies are Aditya Birla Group, Idea Cellular, Wipro, Texas Instrument, Wipro Technologies, Capgemini, SAP labs, Tech Mahindra, S...

SGSITS - Good ROI, but lacks infrastructure & placements.

Placements: The placements in this college were average. ROI of the college is very good as the fees is very low. There was no placement agency, but only a TPO was present. The average CTC for the whole batch was around Rs. 3.5 Lakhs. The computer science placements were good as compared to others with an average CTC being in the range of Rs. 6 Lakhs.

Extremely satisfied with all the facilities.

Placements: The placements from my batch were very good. Most of the students got placed in various multinational companies. The placement cell is also quite dedicated. There are various big multinational companies that come in the final year for the recruitment of the students.

The best college for engineering in Madhya Pradesh.

Placements: In the term of placement, the college is good. Many companies come here for placement here, and almost 90% of the guys will be placed before completion of their degree. CS & IT are the best branches for placement purpose. The mechanical and IP are the branches which get good placements.

According to my knowledge the college is the best at its level.

Placements: The college ranked average in terms of placements. Not all the branches provide a job with the good package, but branches like CSE, IT, EC and EE provide a satisfied placement. The college is the best for those who are interested in higher studies. The placement ratio of these branches is about 80 percent.

Satisfied with the faculty and placements. The infrastructure is not good.

Placements: The placement of the senior batches was not so good as many got placed in IT companies. The highest package was 11.55 lakh per annum, and the minimum was 4 lakh per annum. The companies that visited was Asian paint, Maruti, Tata, etc. There were mainly offered software roles. Here the percentage of the internship is 45%. Some students got the internship in Mercedes Benz. The highest stipend was Rs. 8000 and the lowest was zero per annum.

A perfect college life awaits here. Its a mix of great atmosphere, opportunities and best seniors.

Placements: The placements are overall good. If you have a decent pointer, you can easily get good package from big companies. Some packages can be moderate, but the companies which offer them are reputed ones. Seniors and faculty can guide you through best opportunities. Due to the vast alumni network, you will find them in most of the high posts in great companies.

I am very much satisfied with this college as compared to my friend who is in NIT Srinagar.

Placements: In this college, the placements are better than most of the NITs because it has the best alumni network. The placement of computer engineering/information technology is a bit higher. The average salary offered for computer science/IT students is 15 LPA to 16 LPA, and for other core branches like electrical, civil and mechanical, it is about 8 LPA to 9 LPA. The placement ratio is higher in this college. Also, it is the most reputed college in all over India and Madhya Pradesh. It is the best stat...

Good college if you cannot get into older NITs. Great campus life and average placements

Placements: Over the years, the placement here is improving due to its vast alumni network. If you are in computer science or IT, you will definitely get recruited. Apart from this, the placement of mechanical department is comparable to MANIT. For internships, this year, Goldman Sachs has visited our college for the first time which is a great achievement for the college.

Placements: Placements for our batch were not as good as our previous batch. Our senior batch (2013) had better placement percentage as our batch. In our batch around 70-80% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was around 15 lakhs and the lowest was around 3 lakhs. The average salary was around 4 lakhs. One of the best engineering colleges in terms of ROI.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Instrumentation as a branch should be preferred because software companies and core companies both prefer the students. The course is not that rigorous, and so one can prepare for CAT or GATE exam as well. The competition for GATE is also very less, and many students of GS from EI branch do excellently well in GATE (many ranks under 100).

The college has the good placements, the bad faculty members, and infrastructure facilities.

Placements: The placements of the college are good. The average package is 4.5 LPA, and can be up to 10-12 depends on your capability. The highest package was around 12 LPA in 2017. This year, Goldman Sachs came for hiring the interns, and this happens for the first time. Also, Directi is going to come in the next year. So, the ample opportunities are there to get placed in your dream company.

Placements: SGSITS has shown a great placement record over the years. Many big brands visit the campus for recruitment. Microsoft, Ford India, Asian Paints, SAP, Accenture, Adani, Aditya Birla Group, Barclays and ITC recruit the students at handsome packages. Internships are also offered to the students from the likes of Goldman Sachs and other big brands. The T&P cell is highly efficient, so placement is not a concern here at SGSITS.
