Absolutely satisfied because of faculty & activities conducted though out the year.
Placements: I have pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shri. Pancham Khemraj College, Sawantwadi. There is no direct placement after this course, but you can do an internship at relevant places. For example, at NGOs, schools for the mentally handicapped.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi available, Teaching staff is good & experienced, well-equipped departmental library. Hostel accommodation is available for girls. Feels are around 7k–8k. Mess and Canteen both provide good service. Also, sports, NCC, NSS, and cultural are available on campus.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are really helpful & supportive in all manners. Also qualified with the least masters degree. Semester exams depend on Mumbai University rules. The curriculum is relevant & on point. Also, you can check the S.P.K. College website for the same.
Other: The reason I chose this course is that I want to become a clinical psychologist. For my bachelors, I chose this college because I knew that both the professors of my course at this college were excellent teachers, which is why I selected this course. Choosing this course at this college has been beneficial to me. I was able to attend national conferences, awareness programs, and informative seminars related to psychology. S. P. K. College has an annual cultural festival called 'Kaladarpan. '. Additionally, each department organizes various events throughout the year. There is also a food festival and a sports day. Fee concessions and scholarships are available for students as well.

OR Candidate passed 12th/equivalent with the Minimum Competency based vocational courses conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with English/Any one of the Modern Indian Languages or Modern Foreign Languages or Classical Language or Information Technology/General Foundation Course/Any one subject carrying 300 marks from among the Minimum Competency based vocational courses prescribed by the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination from time to time are eligible to apply. OR Candidate passed an examination of another University or Body Recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply. |
