I am satisfied with the college, but not fully. Good education is provided but need to improve.

Placements: Placement is average. Most of the IT companies visit the campus for the job, and very few companies come to recruit the core branch students. And the companies offered an average package of 3 LPA. The highest package goes up to 6 LPA, and most of the brand companies still not yet visited the college.

Good college for students who are willing to study with hard work and enjoy.

Placements: Most of the companies that come to the campus approximately are BPO. Every student who is good in English communication and who were want a job, they got maximum placement, but the student who was willing to join a technical company, then there is less opportunity for them, but 3 companies came for a technical purpose, but placements are very poor for tech lover students.

The infrastructure and placements are good.

Placements: The placements are good. Many companies come here every year, and you must have to prepare your quality and to be always ready for an interview or others. At least 10 companies come here every year for placement. This college provides better placement at a lower rate of money.

This is a proper place to get the engineering degree.

Placements: In 2016, nearly 13 companies visit the campus for the selection of the students. Out of those companies, 5 were core companies of the private sector like Windcare India Pvt Ltd, Siemens, and so on. The maximum number of students, who got selected was in Tata Consultancy Services. The rest companies, which came were like Genpact, Wipro for the call centre jobs.

Placements: In this year placements are good in our college, and last 5-year record was very good. Lushikasahu is in IndiGo airlines placed student etc. Byju's company has shortlisted 24 students for the job. This year TCS recruitments are very short but in Shankaracharya 15 students are recruited in our college. Number one BPO companies have come to this SSTC, and many of students are placed because it has no criteria, so all the students have appeared in this campus drive, and who has eligible for this jo...

One of the good colleges in Chhattisgarh.

Placements: The good technical opportunities are available for CS, IT, etc. Otherwise, many companies come here to take students for the non-technical background. The opportunities through Co-Cubes and MYSY Amcat are also made available. Two companies through MYSY Amcat and 1 through CoCubes came here for 2018 batch. By now, 2 campus drive week has been organised, and one or more will be organised in February and March period.

Overall, descent if you want to study in Chhattisgarh. Fee, Rs. 70K per year is also quite moderate.

Placements: The placements are quite good for CS and IT which is about 80%. Also, most of the companies that visit are software-based. A few core companies visit the campus which is about 20%, and the placement is based on your calibre. The major recruiters are TCS, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. The average package offered is about Rs. 3 lakhs.

Best in class in Chhattisgarh.

Placements: The placements offered in this college are good if you are looking for a career in IT industry. Many good and reputed companies will give you a platform to start with them. However, there's a tough fight for the students from the core branches, i.e. mechanical, electrical, and civil.

This is an Ideal college with a non ideal result.

Placements: The placements for the companies will come, but all of them are non-technical ones. The thing that aches a lot is being in a purely technical college, i.e., after studying four years of technical knowledge, we have to work with a non-technical company that too referred by the college. It is not worth it. Otherwise, the college is fantastically superb with mentors, faculty members, library, environment and everything else is superb, but the main thing in which this college lacks behind is the pla...

Great teachers helps to make many students life better.

Placements: At least 50%-60% of the students are placed every year. The students get placed in MNCs like TCS, Tech-Mahindra, etc. As far as packages per annum are seen. Every year students get placed and get settled in and are in great positions.

Average college will not give exposure. It only trains for score.

Placements: Placement is good by percentage, but the packages offered were not satisfied. Last year, 94% of the students were placed in the campus placements. Placement percentage is more in CSE, etc. For the mechanical branch, last year, around 60+ companies visited the college for placement. In our college, there is a placement cell which continuously works hard for the placement of the students.

The campus life and the events are not good in this college.

Placements: The placement percentage is around 50%. But, the annual package is not good. The company TCS offers the package about 3LPA. The placement is good for all the branches, but not for the mechanical engineering. The core companies for the mechanical does not come for the placements. The placement for computer science and IT is good.

I am satisfied with my college, and I advise to take admission in the college.

Placements: In my batch, the placements are about 85%, and for my senior's batch, it was about 89%. The average salary offered was 8 LPA to 9 Lacs PA. Big MNCs like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Capgemini, Accenture visits yearly and are happy with the response.

It is a mediocre college, but the placement is good.

Placements: The placements are good in quantity but not in quality. A good number of students get placed, but the companies provide low CTCs. There is a dedicated placement cell. Around 90% of the students in CSE branch got placed last year. The highest package was around 7-8 LPA, and the average was 3-4 LPA.

We are proud to be the student of Shri Shankaracharya group of institution.

Placements: Our college comes under top ten colleges in Chhattisgarh. We do not lack jobs at our college. Once a year more than 300 students have engaged in the TCS company and a similar multinational company visit our college every year for the recruitment. My college is also known for its offering good job packages in every year.

For the education the college is good, but for the placement it is not good.

Placements: The placements are less here. Only the TCS like company come here for the placement, but it also hires some students in the mechanical branch. In the civil branch, not a big company but some small company came for the placement. In short, I say that the placement is not very good, but it's average.

Good college, so give it a try.

Placements: The placement in this college is satisfactory for a student. The deserving students get a really good job in good companies like TCS, Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro and these are the major recruiting companies from this college, and they offer a really good salary for students. For average students like me, there is always a chance of getting hired by these companies which is a great prospect.

Shri Shankaracharya Engineering College.

Placements: The campus placement for CS branch students are there, but for other branches, it is less. Many companies offered a BPO roles. In my batch, the placement was quite good, but it's declining after that. Not many core companies are coming. I got selected on an off-campus. The technical companies are not carried for hire. Mechanical engineers also get placed in software companies only.

Satisfactory faculty, placement, infrastructure, and laboratory.

Placements: The placement is not 100 percent. 50% to 70% of the batch only gets placed. The package offered is between 3 lacs to 3.2 lacs per annum. The roles offered differs according to the companies example tester, software analyst. The companies visiting the campus are TCS, Nile stream, and many few startup companies.

I am not satisfied because of some faculty whose aim is not to teach and their behaviour

Placements: The placement for our batch and our seniors batch was the worst because there we don't get core companies. Only BPO companies came. 8-10% of students were placed. The highest offered was 3 LPA and the lowest salary offered was 1.2 LPA. For mechanical, only BPO companies came. Students are not interested in the college campus placements. 10% only.
