LL.B. | Candidate must have completed graduation in any faculty of any University in Maharashtra or equivalent and secure the above mentioned aggregate percentage (40% for SC and ST Category and 42% VJNT, SBC, OBC, Category belonging to State of Maharashtra). Candidate who has passed the U.G degree of 3 years and 2/3 years P.G degree from University with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling with +2 higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate by distance or correspondence are also eligible to apply. Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Candidate appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible. |
