A great college for students who did not find seats in NIITs or IITs.

Placements: Placements in our batch were the best we had seen in the last few years and were also one the best in the history of our college. We had almost 770 students who were placed which was almost 96% of the eligible students. The packages offered were from INR 2.5 LPA to INR 13 LPA. A lot of famous companies came for recruitments like Dell, Redbus, Akamai, SAP Labs, Microsoft. Students from Computer Science and Engineering had almost two offers each. The maximum placements were for CSE branch and the ...

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure. Placement and training are good. 80% placement.

Placements: The placements are good in our college. Mostly, TCS recruits an average of 350 students per year and overall, our college placement percentage is 80%. Our major recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Redbus, Musigma, Oracle etc. The salary offered ranges from 3-7 lakhs per annum. Most of the companies are IT companies. They offer ITand BPO-based roles only. The internships are not good in our college. Some 20-30% students do an internship. The stipend provided is from 5-10k. ...

Overall, a good college to be in.

Placements: Placements are pretty good here as lots of companies visit each year. The packages are fair enough for core companies. The mass recruiter is TCS. Most of the students are placed. Some opt for higher studies also. There is proper guidance by the companies that visit.

Worth choosing for further study.

Placements: The number of companies visiting here is high. You need not think about not getting a job. But the problem with core companies is the salary package. If you opted for IT companies, then the package can get up to 10 lakhs. For mechanical, various core companies like Cadaption, L&T, Induction and many more visits but the package is low.

One of the best among private engineering colleges.

Placements: Every year, placements are getting better and better. CS, IS and circuit branch have 99% placement whereas others have nearly 80% of placements. The maximum offered is 10 lakhs and the lowest is 3 lakhs. Most of the roles offered are entry level engineers. Both placed and non-placed are offered internships and offered stipends around 20-40 thousand.

Best for CSE, ISE also civil.

Placements: Placements are good in terms of number. Around 60% of students definitely get placed. Sometimes it will go up to 80%. The highest package is 8 LPA or so. But only a few companies offer this much. The lowest is 1.75 LPA. TCS, JP Morgan, BEL, Indian Navy, Mysis, Quest, Speridian, Path Partner, Amazon, Sony, CGI, CoreEL, E&Y, L&T, SAN Engg, Sonata, AllState, Oracle, IBM, Siemens, Great west, Societe Generale, Inzoom, Brillio, Y Media, Musigma, TrainZ, Mphasis, Subex, Incture, Minjar cloud and lot m...

Campus placement- 4/5, infrastructure- 4.5/, facilities- 4/5, teaching- 4/5, WiFi facility- 2/5.

Placements: The mass recruiter is TCS. They will take an average of 400-500 students. Other than that, 80-100 companies visit our campus. But core companies will take less no of students, 10-20 students, for an example. Robert Bosch will take around 10 students, Amazon will take around 2-3 members from CS, Samsung will take 2-3.

Average faculty. Average placement due to location. Campus is beautiful.

Placements: Placements for the 2013 batch had over 80% conversion rate with the most sought after disciplines like electronics & communication, computer science and electrical having close to 100 % placements. Each discipline had 120 students (approximately). The placement happened in the 4th year only. Preference was given to mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro and Accenture who hired the bulk of the students. Able to hold only a maximum of 2 offers, one from a mass recruiter and another from a dream company, ...

Nice college with good placements.

Placements: Placements are just average. As TCS is the mass recruiter, it acts as a life savior. Other than TCS, many companies have visited our college like Mu Sigma, Amazon, L&T, Oracle, IBM, etc. but the amount of intake by these companies aren't much. Almost everyone gets placed at the end. The highest package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest package offered is 2.8 LPA. Overall, it is a good college.

Peaceful environment with greenery in the college.

Placements: In my batch, the placement has been good enough as this year it seems that recession has hit the industry. But most of my seniors in my branch had 2 jobs in their hands. 80 to 90% are placed as TCS, IBM and Accenture come to the college for mass recruitments, so no need to worry about that. The highest salary was 9 lakhs of SAP labs and the average is TCS with 3.5 lakhs. Dell, SAP labs, Microsoft, Red Bus, Zscalar, Pega, CGI, TCS, IBM, etc. are the companies that came. Placements: The placements at SIT, Tumkur are one of the best in this region. The training and placement department of the college takes great pain in bringing the renowned companies to the college. The highest package offered in my batch as of now is 9.8 lakhs per annum. The average salary is around 3.5 to 5 lakhs per annum while the lowest is 3 lakh per annum. The roles offered comprises of Associate Developers, Front-End Developer, Junior Data Scientist, Production Shift Manager, etc. The internships are...

Placements: Placements for our batch was average with 90% placement rate and for our senior batch, it was around 80%. Placements are good for all IT (IS and CS) and E&C branches. Placements are average for telecommunication engineering. The highest package offered from IT companies ranged from 2.5 lakhs per annum to 10 lakhs per annum. Good for study as well as placements but management is not good.

Placements: Our college placement history is very good with over 95% students placed every year. Many national, international and multinational companies come every year to recruit students. I am a student of final year and I am yet to be placed. I am hoping to get placed in some good company with 5 digit salary.

This is the best college if you put your efforts. The college has experienced professionals in the name of faculty. In spite of the education, there is a scope for extra-curricular activities like sports and events that are both technical and non technical. Useful workshops are conducted for student welfare. Overall this is a nice college.

You should not take up admission in this college. The faculty of this college is not at all good. There is too much discrimination that follows in this college. The food provided in the college is of a poor quality. The college does not provide good facilities. You should better take a college in Bangalore. You should go for CSE, EC or Mechanical as the placements of the other branches are poor.

Hostel facilities are good and there is a nice sports complex. Library has a large number of books and journals and there is a late night reading room facility too.

Superb College. One of the best college to study. Lots of focus on personal development as well as academics. Campus selection is very good. One of the top 10 college in Karnataka. Have a very big and beautiful campus. The Campus is about 64 acres in area and has very well maintained green surroundings. Library, Canteen, Health Center and many facilities are there. Affiliated to VTU and an autonomous system.

Typical college for those who want to learn something. Attendance wise very strict, you have to fight for every single bit of marks. Autonomous college (Have their own rule set). If you got 7 CGPA and you are in CSE, ISE assured placement. Hostel food is not satisfactory.
