Q:   Can I get SIITAM - Sun International Institute of Tourism and Management, Hyderabad MBA with 65 percentile in CAT?

A:

Yes, your overall application by gaining additional work experience and crafting a strong personal statement." Although SIITAM - Sun International Institute of Tourism and Management, Hyderabad does not specifically mandate CAT scores for MBA admissions, a 65th percentile score is not likely to meet their standards. This is because the institute typically prioritizes scores from other widely recognised management entrance exams such as MAT, ATMA, and GMAT, which generally have a higher minimum percentile requirement than 65%. Additionally, SIITAM's MBA programme is highly competitive, and a strong application usually includes a combination of a high entrance exam score, relevant work experience, and a captivating personal statement. If your CAT score falls in the 65th percentile, it would be prudent to explore other MBA programs that have a lower minimum requirement for CAT scores. You could also focus on enhancing your application by gaining more work experience and crafting a compelling personal statement.

I am 100% dissatisfied. I will not recommend this college.
Placements: The college has the worst placements, and they don't even have any tie-up's with companies. Especially, at the time of joining, management will say we have international placements and all. Only after completion of the 1styear, everyone will realize how worst this college is. If students ask about jobs, management will show marketing jobs. I'm not able to understand if students wish to start their career in marketing, if they take MBA marketing, then it will be useful. Unnecessarily, why should students take hotel management course where the fee is also too high. The placement training is of very low standards. Really no one has proper placements up-to now.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have proper labs for hotel management students. Even they will not provide the basic amenities for students. Forgot about the library, while taking the admission, ask them where is the central library. There are no proper rooms, hardly 5-7 rooms are there, I think so.
Faculty: Except 2-3 staff member's, remaining all are really bad. The faculty don't have subject knowledge. Even for some subjects, there is no staff too. The college has no industry exposure for formality, only for one time, they will send to some industry that's it. Crazy teaching methods, in between the class they tell their family matters where we are less concerned about. I don't know why they are saying those things to students.
Other: The events are organised every month, but only events, no classes, no lesson plans nothing.
