The college has only a brand name but inside, the education quality is average.
Placements: About 93% of students passed in 2022 batch. On average, students score 8 CGPA with as high as 10 and as low as 6.5 CGPA. Top recruiting firms include HCP, Sanjai Puri Architects, Span Architects, etc., from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, etc. Almost every student gets internship because its included in the course itself. Architect, designer, landscape architect, and graphics designer are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: There is no specially designed building for the architecture college. It's the same as the engineering and other colleges on campus. The college has no good Wi-Fi, no camera, no security just large-size classrooms which require full-time electricity for ventilation. The hostel is quite good in terms of facilities provided and mess food is also average according to the fee they charge. Medical facilities, sports, and games are below average.
Faculty: The old teaching staff members before the lockdown were so much helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but the new faculty members are the worst. The course rarely participates in curriculum activities and the syllabus and teaching methods are totally outdated. No practical, on-field, and the latest market trends are not included in teaching. Semester exam patterns are also outdated. You will always have to take thousands of rupees of prints just for a single subject in viva.
Other: The course provides knowledge of all building and construction-related things from planning, RCC drawing, services, interiors, electric layouts, plumbing layout, and many different fields. The college needs to be digitalised completely. Events and fests need to happen more often. The campus crowd is one of the best and road connectivity needs to be improved. Most of the time gates are closed. Campus surroundings are well established. Only government scholarships to category students are provided. Extracurricular activities rarely happen.

I am satisfied as the faculty members are hardworking. Campus life is great.
Placements: In courses like architecture, there are not many placements. You have to find an internship on your own or open your own firm. I don't think college offers many internships as there are not many internships in this course.
Infrastructure: The hostel has a Wi-Fi facility, but I have not received the password for 1 year, so do not fall for that. A mess is average. It does not even have a first aid kit, but they do have an ambulance that can take you to the nearest hospital. A swimming pool is not available. Timings are worse, and the cleaning of rooms are up to date. Even the trash is carried out every 2 days. It provides a gas facility, which is available till 12 in the midnight.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, quite helpful and hardworking. They encourage us for doing the work. The course curriculum is appropriate, and it works accordingly to the schedule. Since the college is affiliated with the SPPU, the exams are taken regularly. If you learn for the exams, then they will be easy for you.
Other: Campus life is great. Our college organises many events, and the sunsets are the best.

3/5 for amazing campus, extracurricular activities but poor faculty assistance.
Placements: Almost, they provide 90% of the placements definitely. Majority of them got instant placements. Rest of them went to other universities or colleges to pursue their masters in architecture. Many students from my senior batch and our batch got placed in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore architecture firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is poor. I would rate 2/10 for the infrastructure. Many important facilities are not available in the college such as decent seating arrangement or proper segregation of classes per year and section. I would rate 7/10 for the campus. Along with engineering and other courses, the entire campus lits up. The college building is normal, and I would rate 1/10 for it. It looks very shabby.
Faculty: I would rate 5/10 for the faculty. I expected a little more experienced faculty to teach difficult subjects, but the teachers are very young, with little or no knowledge of the practical world. The teachers in the college are very skilful and handle students well. The teach us well, but they cannot explain by taking real-life examples.
Other: I would rate 10/10 for the fests. Probably, it is the best fest in the whole Pune. Independently, the architecture college has its own cultural fest, and it has fashion shows etc. Extracurricular activities include sports and drama competitions.

    Sinhagad college of architecture review.
Placements: There are no placements available in this college. There is no placement cell. None of the companies visits the college for the placements. Graduates need to find the job on their own. The salary offered after much struggle is Rs.10,000-Rs.15,000 a month, which is hardly enough for monthly survival. Also, for internship student have to search internship on their own, and the stipend is around Rs.3,000-Rs.5,000.
Infrastructure: Basic required facilities like the library, Wi-Fi, computer labs, medical facilities, sports are available. The quality of the computer lab is good. The hostel rooms are the worst. The mess of the college does not provide good quality food, and else, there was no other issue with the facilities. The college needs to work on accommodation quality and food quality.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is average. It lacks experienced lecturers. Except some few, other teachers are not helpful at all. The teaching methods used are the worst. The basic method used is to give assignments and completing the respected sheet of assignment directly. The teacher bothers about the graphical quality of sheet and presentation than the content of the sheet. A lot of improvement is needed in the faculty and the teaching quality. The industry exposure is average.
Other: Sinhgad Karandak fest is fun and helpful for the development of skills, and the fest includes different activities like sports and cultural activities. The campus surrounding is good and healthy. The faculty sometimes brings hindrance in extracurricular activities of students.

A good college, worth to study.
Placements: I hope to have good placement, as we have all the facilities and good faculty members. But hopefully, it doesn't get ruined as it does to other colleges. I prefer to have a good internship as well as good placement for job purpose. Our faculty makes it hard, but for us, its harder to study. We have a good help of seniors and even M.Arch faculty. So some big names should help us to do the job thing for our work, no marks. Good placement is everything we need at the end other than the Certificate of Savitri Bai Phule University.
Infrastructure: It is having a superb campus with an old building of almost 10 years, so can be started new. The building is good, but the campus in comparison is damn awesome. We have trees and a very nice atmosphere to study in. The foodstuff we get is also actually good.
Faculty: We have faculty members from highly recognised colleges of India like- J.J. College of Architecture, School of Architecture Delhi, Rachana Sansad College of Architecture and others. So it can be stated that it is overall a good college with a good faculty. We also had NASA event at our college.

There is a really good infrastructure, and the faculty members are the best.
Placements: Almost 100% internships are provided in the 5th year of the course, but internships depend on our knowledge. We need to find internships on our own. Our college helps us to interact with many architects and their firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and hostel is very good. The hostel has good facilities, and there is hot water. There are staff members for cleaning, and there is a watchman at the gate. Other people are allowed to enter the hostel premises. The hostel is very near to the college building.
Faculty: Faculty members help us with everything and are very friendly. They have great knowledge of everything. Both core subjects faculty members and visiting faculty members have great knowledge. They have done M.Arch, and some of them have their own firms. The course curriculum is also quite good but very hard.
Other: In architecture, more practical knowledge is required. Our college organises a huge fest named Karandak every year, which helps students to express their hidden talents.
