SMS Varanasi Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Only 1 or 2 students we're placed. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.7 LPA. Amazon, Kotak, Gyan Fresh, HCL, Amrit, and Amul are the top recruiting companies. No one got any internship as there is no facility for internships. Roles offered are customer care executives, entry-level roles, etc.

Placements: About 20% of students were placed in our course this year. The highest salary package offered in our course is 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 5 LPA - 7 LPA. Mostly, IT companies recruit for the BCA course like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. About 40% of students got internships from our course in companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc. Software engineer is the job role offered to students.

Placements: I just see the placements of our seniors is just poor only 2-3 student gets college placement. I didn't think you should come in this college if your are thinking about college placement you can choose this college for UG if it is near by your home I will suggest never chose it for Masters/Post graduation coerces like MCA MBA etc.

Placements: The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 6 LPA for masters, and the minimum salary package offered ranges from 1 LPA - 2 LPA for bachelor. The placements in both sectors are few. PG do get a few extra placements but the UG sector gets a maximum of 10-15 placements on an average every year.

Our college provides ample chances to sit in placements, but very few students sit for placements. Many of them pursue MBA, but in other courses, the placement record is very good.

Teachers help students to get some extra knowledge about interviews, and questions related to the companies that come to do college placements. Overall, I am fully satisfied with this college. I would recommend juniors to take admission in it.

Here the placement cell is very concerned about students future. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA.

Placements: I am from the 2014 pass out batch. Our batch comprises 60 students. The highest salary package offered here was 30 LPA. Google, HCL, Infosys, Mindtree, etc., were the prominent companies that visited here for placements. Many students were selected for project manager roles and IT heads.

Placements: Placements offered are from top companies which is very good. Every student can apply for internships and placements in these companies by clearing their interview. Teachers are very helpful for students to start their careers with the help of these programs.

Placements: Now, I am in the first semester of the course MBA. Our college actually gives placements to 99% of students or almost to all the students who have studied from here. A great percentage of students gets campus placements. Many nice companies visit our college for placements. Placements: Almost 90% of students got placements in various companies, and students are happy with placements which they received. Roles were offered in the field of marketing and sales mostly. The salary package offered was also satisfactory as compared with the fee of the college.

Small business or startup companies were visited for the MCA course and they do not pay students useful amount so this is the reason for low placement. Primarily my college offers best placement facility to MBA/PGDM courses. TCS visited here for some times for recruitment. Some companies come here for recruitment basically they give job in BPO and call centres. In our field, we get a job in Sales and Marketing field. In these jobs, we get a salary of approximately 2-3 LPA. Some companies come to give internship opportunity.

Placements: Placements at our college are good, but placements for UG students are not that good. Some companies come to give internships and summer training opportunities for students. Approximately 2-3 students from our college got an internship. Top roles offered in the course are web developer, website designer, programmer, etc.

Placements: At the undergrad level, the placements are close to None. The companies who offer jobs are mainly BPO or call centres. Some companies also provide jobs in the sales and marketing sector. But for a computer Science student, they are totally worthless. Most of the companies do not give placements outside of Varanasi and the highest salary they give is approximately 3LPA.

It is a professional course, and it a mixture of three streams, maths (Science), commerce (accounts, economics) & humanity. Everyone can apply for this course without any doubt.
