A place where you can grow personally and professionally.
Placements: The placements are good, and even the learning is equal to the tier 1 colleges. The SOIL is the place where you can grow personally and professionally. The companies even come more. It is not like a consultant agency, the students have to work and crack the opportunity which college gives. The same pattern is for internship too. Some of the people will get placed through pre-placement offer given by the internship organisations.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also good. The boardroom class structure with glass walls. Even for other cohorts, there is a circular loop structure with projector classrooms and high-speed internet connectivity. The books which you can find in the library are of great authors and nice place to get more explored. The lunch at canteen is included in the fee. It is also quite good compared to other places. The hostel is well furnished and has A/C rooms. Coming to the extracurricular activities, there are some clubs which will be operated in college by the students. We have two regular programs called HRLP and BLP. So, the students will be around 140.
Faculty: The faculty are mostly from IIM and MDI and the industry leaders. The curriculum is our competitive advantage and the Hard ward. Instead, cases will give great learning in the class. The learning in the class will be through teaching and by working on live projects and international cases.

the cutoff varies every year. however it does not exceed 95 percentile. to be on the safer side you can try to hit a mark like 92-94 percentile to be on the safer side.

Dear Shilpi, In Business Leadership placements are better compared to HR Leadership, but I would request you to go through the brochure, as in terms of ROI (Fee & Placement), both are almost equal.

SOIL has its own entrance exam - Caliper Test (Psychometric Test). So if you have a CAT score your profile is weighted heavier, but otherwise we have our own evaluation pattern. You can reach out to us at admissions@soilindia.net or call us at 9654467153
