Almost 80% of students are having internship.

It has amazing faculty members and curriculum, but placements are average.

Placements: Placements here are average, and almost 70% of the students got placed in the batch. The average salary package offered for BLP is from 8-9 LPA, and for HRLP, it is 6-7 LPA. Many companies visit our college, and most of them are startups. Almost 90% of the students got an internship from college with a good stipend. If students don't have any constraints for an organisation, then they can end up getting good placements.

A good place if you want to learn with excellent faculty members and one of the best curriculum.

Placements: Placements are good, however the industries are bit limited. Placement cell is okay. Alumni connect is good. Limited spectrum of companies visit but they provide good offers. Grabbing early opportunities are the key. Last ones to placement will have a tough time. Come only if you are looking for a role change.

A place where you can grow personally and professionally.

Placements: The placements are good, and even the learning is equal to the tier 1 colleges. The SOIL is the place where you can grow personally and professionally. The companies even come more. It is not like a consultant agency, the students have to work and crack the opportunity which college gives. The same pattern is for internship too. Some of the people will get placed through pre-placement offer given by the internship organisations.
