Decent institute providing a good learning experience to upskill yourself, not just for placement.
Placements: 90% of students were placed before convocation. The highest was 21 LPA and the lowest was 6 LPA. Accenture and Aditya Birla were the top recruiters for marketing and business analyst profiles. Top roles offered were business analyst, HR executive, analyst, and consultant.
Infrastructure: The institute has pretty good facilities with a decent canteen. I didn't use the hostel, hence I can't provide an opinion on that. Students have the option to maximize the facilities, and there are many who do not use them. So it all depends on how a student wants to use the given facilities.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent. I felt the course meets industry requirements, and exams were held periodically. Faculty members are extremely qualified and always willing to help in any way possible. Special thanks to Dr. Neetika Batra for the guidance and support provided to me during my learning stage at SOIL.
Other: I selected the course due to its unique curriculum, especially the capstone, which was an excellent learning experience. As an improvement, perhaps the student intake could be better, especially for finance and analytics depth.

An enriching journey of 1 year.
Placements: Soil institute of management has had a good placement run year with 95% of the students being placed by February 2022. Companies from different sectors ranging from IT, and financial services to consulting and recruitment firms visited the campus. The highest placement offered was 18 LPA in the marketing cohort. The average placement is around 11 LPA. Some of the top Companies that visited were Deloitte, Schneider, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. Roles ranging from Associate to Senior manager were on offer. Before placements students were trained regularly concerning aptitude, GD and personal interviews. The institution follows a hygiene factor wherein only Companies offering 8 LPA and above are brought to campus.
Infrastructure: The campus is one single building with 4 floors that hosts one large classroom on each floor. The classrooms are spacious and well-equipped to conduct hybrid modes of classes smoothly. The topmost floor has an auditorium meant for events and large gatherings. The building also houses a full stacked library which is useful for academic reference purposes.
Faculty: The Faculty consists of in-house and visiting faculty. The curriculum is very densely packed with classes starting from 9 in the morning and lasting until 8 at the night. The courses are all handpicked in keeping with the current economic and industry trends which explains why some of the subjects studied in my batch weren't the same as in previous batches. The exams are conducted systematically upon completion of a course. Evaluation is based on class participation, group assignments, Individual assignments and quizzes. The faculty are helpful when it comes to seeking guidance.
Other: The batch strength in the PGP-BL cohort is around 60 students and the batch profile is diverse, concerning backgrounds, age, work experience and expertise. There are various recreational clubs conducted and supervised by the student council where a student can take part in competitions and activities curated for the club members.

Our college has value for money for a one-year MBA program at Soil Institute.
Placements: Placements have just started in our college, and we have already seen many of them getting shortlisted for the various roles offered by some of the top companies like Accenture, Genpact, Newgen, etc. Many more companies are lined up to come in the coming weeks. The highest salary package offered so far for our batch is from Accenture, around 4 students were offered 15.5 LPA. Since the process has just begun the numbers are sure to change. Soil brings some of the best companies to the campus, e. g Accenture, Wipro, cognizant, Mahindra, Volvo Eischer, ICICI bank, Newgen, Genpact, etc. Majority of the students in the current batch were offered internships and a few companies are already in discussion to offer a PPO. Top management roles in various domains like marketing, finance, analytics, and HR are being offered for the current batch of students.
Infrastructure: After the pandemic, the curriculum is being conducted in a hybrid model. Students could experience its classroom-like environment on online, thanks to its infrastructure available. The Wi-Fi works well on the campus, and we never faced any major issues. Other facilities like the food, library, and sports area are available where students can enjoy the experience.
Faculty: Faculty members at Soil are experts in their domains. Each one comes with vast industry and academic experience which gives us the privilege to listen and learn from them. They are always available when you need them.

Our college provides good placements and campus life.
Placements: I am from the PGPM batch. Almost every student gets placed. Many students got placed in top companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture. The top roles offered are business analyst, project manager, etc. The average salary package ranges from 10-12 LPA. Our college provides good roles.
Infrastructure: The campus is good. The hostel facility is provided by the college. The college has a game room and a library. The food and coffee served in the canteen are good. The location is good in the city and easily reachable.
Faculty: We explored many business concepts through case studies, which helped me to connect the real-world scenarios with the course curriculum. Courses are designed to give us a holistic understanding of business and develop leadership skills. Overall, the experience is good here. Teachers are helpful and experienced.

Review of Soil Institute of Management.
Placements: The placements are great here. Prominent recruiters such as Deloitte, etc., take part in placements here. Students get opportunities to start a career in them. CMS team guides all students to convert the best opportunities in class. Students get a salary package of as high as 17 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure and the best hostel. There are amenities like Wi-Fi, 24x7 power backup and kitchen facilities for all students. Moreover, students can cook their own food, and all amenities are available for the kitchen and other services. There are medical facilities with best-class doctors.
Faculty: Faculty members here are industry experts from various industries and stalwarts of their field. So, students get ample opportunities to learn and grow from the case study-based updated curriculum as per industry norms and support them with the best study materials and resources.

Satisfied, good placement, good infrastructure, best faculty, diverse crowd.
Placements: Placements at SOIL is quite decent. Companies started coming from October itself and we still have many more companies lined up. Its only about 2 months and decent number of students are already placed with reputed companies like Accenture, Genpact, NewGen, Volvo Eicher etc. There are many internship opportunities provided by the placement cell as well. Almost 80% of students are having internship.
Infrastructure: College is located at a very prime location in Gurgaon which is very close to Huda city center. Infrastructure is very elite and all the classrooms are designed in a very modern way. Library is very well-equipped. There is also a hostel facility available by college 2 kms from the campus.
Faculty: Faculty are very well experienced and come from a varied background. They are from XLRi, FMS and experienced with more than 20 years on field. So the teaching quality is very compromised. Curriculum is designed in a way that fits the current industry trend.
Other: The exciting part about choosing the course was its 1 year programme which includes curriculum designed in such a way that brings our past experience in to use and gives us edge to grow in career exponentially.
