They surely help you through exams, but your politeness helps you way more. College doesn't guarantee you placement unless you have good marks or skills.

Not all the subjects make industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy except for some practical subjects, though it's not that much difficult we can clear all subjects without any backlogs.
