My college experience and its worth.

Faculty: The faculty at my college are a mixed bag. Some professors really know their stuff and make classes engaging, but others just stick to slides and lectures that get pretty dry. Curriculum-wise, it covers the basics and some important topics, but it doesn’t always feel connected to real-world stuff we’ll need on the job. It could definitely use more practical elements and updated content. Exams are generally okay, but a lot of it feels like memorizing rather than actually learning. Overall, it’s d...

Insights on Course Structure and Faculty in Computer Science.

Faculty: The faculty was quite short. It led to difficulties in the semester and providing quality education. Not all of them are good. There are some staff who take good care of your time. The curriculum is very strict to the course perspective, and they take advantage of every program conducted through the respective departments.

I almost like all faculty member.

Faculty: In my department the faculties are friendly and expert in teaching and guiding for carrier they do some carrier advise instead of regular classes. One of my favorite faculties are Dr.Amudhavalli mam and Dr.Delhi raj sir they gave me expertized teaching for carrier and what to do after the studies and friendly communication between them so I like them very much. There are up to 4 exams per semester and there is 8 semester. The exams are little bit easy when you learn and the failing ratio is too ...

we go under the technology and learn.

Faculty: Ration is 1 faculty to 9 student per batch. Faculties are very good and friendly. I'm from electrical department so my favorite is Mridusmita ma'am and Priyakshini ma'am. Although there are some strict teachers like maths sir named Pranab sir. But not hate anyone. There are 3 class test and one end semester exam for each subject. And lab exam too.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, average placements and no enjoyment.

Faculty: Faculty are also said to be normal for this course; we have to learn by ourselves. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are good to score a grade, and the pass percentage is 30% in theory. Then, add the internal mark; totally, we have to score above or equal to 50.

Great infrastructure and faculty offering a strong placement support.

Faculty: The faculty and curriculum of Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College contributed significantly to the learning experience. The teachers were generally very approachable and helpful. Most had strong academic backgrounds with relevant qualifications, and many had industry experience, which added practical insights to the coursework. Their guidance extended beyond classroom learning, often helping with projects and career advice. The teaching quality was quite good overall with a focus on both ...

Faculty are too good. They will give you better understanding of the concepts.

Faculty: The course subjects are irrelevant. Instead of mastering one teach, they just teach every teach like web development, android development, flutter, and machines learning. But in campus placement, you just need to master one teach because all companies hire for one teach. That's why the curriculum is not very good. There teaching methods are also not good. They just come and read the PPT in front of you and leave.

Don't waste your life by joining this college.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are really talented, while some are just not helpful and tell us to study on our own. However, many teachers in our class teach us excellently, and if you have doubts during lectures, they clear them instantly.

Nice college which is student friendly.

Faculty: To be honest, from the mech faculty, the teachers were not so good and guided the students well, especially the HOD of the mech department, who was not at all helpful with our project submission. Also, the exams were easy, and reviewing the syllabus was good for us to be industry-ready, but it did build foundation courses for us.

Strict college but strictness and discipline makes you stronger.

Faculty: 50% of teachers are too bad and strict. Our director of management treats us pathetically. If they find a small mistake and find out the language not respectful, not only us but also our parents will get a big lecture. But at the same time, they are very good at teaching. Our MBA course duration is 2 years and 4 semesters. 1 semester has 4-6 subjects and every subject has 5–6 chapters so the curriculum is very big. Semester exams are not very difficult; almost 90% of students pass.

The review about my college.

Faculty: About teacher experience, they are well experienced and have had experience for about 5 years. About their teaching method, it differs for each teacher and they teach well. You don't have to worry about the curriculum because they update the syllabus from year to year for industrial needs. The semester exams are pretty difficult and easy on your own. The pass percentage is an average 80%.

I got new friends and good staffs in this college.

Faculty: Course Curriculum Overview: Initially, I was trying the Indian defense but then I chose NIMCET, through which I can pursue an MCA in NIT. Obviously, it is very helpful for me because here I am having the same opportunities as a B.Tech. student who has cleared JEE at the college. The academics are totally placement-oriented, which helps a lot in developing skills and the exam are also not that tough so we have enough time to develop any skill.

A higher number of students with good placement records.

Faculty: All the teachers present here were highly helpful, motivating, supportive, and knowledgeable. It is a little bit difficult to crack semester examinations, so we need to study harder to clear the examinations. The faculty members present here always focus on practical classes.
