Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2023

Really a perfect college for every department. There is no hostel.
Placements: To be honest, only 2-3 students got placed from my batch with the very lowest package being 2-3 LPA and the companies who came to offer jobs were below average and unknown companies. The internships percentage is just 6-8 percent. The students went to radiant companies for jobs after Diploma for line supervisor type of jobs.
Infrastructure: Our college has a great infrastructure that's for sure. The reason is that our college has a lot of plants and trees with a cool environment and the blocks are plenty for every sector with facilities available, but our college doesn’t have any hostel. There is a canteen with decent food being provided. The sports department is also quite good, we have a lot of sports kits for cricket, volleyball and football with big grounds to play.
Faculty: The teaching staff in our college is quite well educated because throughout our course, I didn’t face any difficult in any of the subjects. This was possible because of our teachers great ways of teaching. They teach as per the requirements of the course with practicals and using labs, making the students industry ready. The semester exams are neither too difficult nor too easy, just moderate. The passing percentage is more than 90% as far as I know.
Other: I can surely say that I am very lucky to be able to study and complete my Diploma course here in Sri Venkateswara engineering college. I found this college through a relative who recommended this college to me. I will recommend people to join this college for their studies. Every department at this college is almost perfect with a nice clean environment and a reasonable fee structure. The crowd of this college is well disciplined and positive minded, all because of the well qualified teaching staff. During the last days of our course, we enjoyed a lot in our fests. The college is very supportive in organizing successful fests. The things they can improve are the toilets and the security department. Also, they should build a hostel in our college.

Our college is well-established with good teachers.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Infotech, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Acropetal Technologies, etc., visited our campus. Almost 20% of students got internships. Top roles offered were electrical engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, and design engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. We had spacious labs and well-ventilated classrooms. Our college had a huge library. Many books were available in the library. The hostel facilities were good. Extracurricular activities were held in the evening. The canteen was good. The atmosphere at the college was pleasant.
Faculty: Our teachers were well-qualified and supportive. The course was good. Semester exams were difficult. The pass percentage was 99%.
Other: We need more campus drives.

Review of Sri Venkateswara Engineering College.
Placements: Our college is the best in this district for B.Tech because it has a good placement percentage. Around 40% of students get placements in our college from very good companies. I recommend students to join this college.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not provided in our college. Canteen is very good and serves good quality food. Labs and the library are very well-built. Labs are available for every department. Our college has a good environment.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-educated, supportive, encouraging, and very helpful. They clear the doubts of the students. Semester exams are strictly conducted. The pass percentage is above 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in electrical engineering. I'm very grateful to join this college. Our college organsies cultural fests, freshers, and farewell parties every year. Some festivals are celebrated in our college. It is an anti-ragging college with very strict rules and regulations. It is the best college for co-curricular activities.

Everything is good here, but the only bad thing here is EEE branch students didn't get placed.
Placements: I had passed out in the year 2019. There were about 42 students in our class. The college does not provide placements. Companies do not visit our college for placements. In diploma, few students got placed, but our branch students didn't get any placements.
Infrastructure: EEE branch in our college is great. The college provides all equipment. The college provides a great library, good classrooms and good labs. The college does not provide hostel facility.
Faculty: All teachers in our college are very helpful, knowledgeable and well qualified. They are technically very good while giving lessons and explanations. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes all the students industry-ready. They are skilled.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am very much interested in electrical and electronics engineering course, and my all-time goal was to be an electrical engineer. The best thing about our department is it is a powerful department and very good subject. Everything is good in our course. All types of events, fest, etc., are conducted at our college.

College is very good for those who can listen to classes with concentration.
Placements: Our college has more than 200 placements. Last year, our seniors got placements up to 3 LPA or 2 LPA. I am happy for it. About 80% and above is needed to get the best high salary paying job. Our college has 300 CSE students in 1st year.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our college, but we don't have a hostel. We have to stay in a PG. We have labs, classrooms, and a library. We can take all the books from the library itself, and there are enough books according to our subjects and other courses.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. JNTU semester will be harder, but our lecturers are good at helping us pass with their teaching skills. In our college, all the staff are very good with their teaching skills and have high quality in their teaching. I love their teaching skills.
Other: CSE students get more packages and more skills. No events are held in our college, only a flash mob took place.
