    A:

Shanmugha Arts Science Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA) is a deemed university. It offers 4 years B.Tech course (8 semesters) and 5 years integrated M.Tech course (10 semesters). The admission is strictly based on merit and it follows two methods:

    1. 70% of seats are filled based on JEE Main score - 25% and normalised 12th mark - 75%

For example: JEE Main score is 185 and normalised 12th score is 95% then  the score of the student is (0.25×185) + (0.75×95) = 117.5

    2. 30% of seats are filled based on normalised aggregate 12th mark or its equivalent marks.

For example:The first rank is 97% and the aggregate percentage is 90%, then the normalised percentage is (90/97) × 100 = 92.78

Everyone should enjoy the life while it lasts.
Placements: Almost 95% of students placed in the campus placements in computer Science engineering branch. The highest package was the 39LPA and the lowest was 2.5LPA and on the average the package will be 5LPA. Top recruiting companies are the TCS and Accenture, Amazon, Wipro. Many students got the internship.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in our campus but you have to register to use it and in library you will get Wi-Fi and can use mobile phones. Infrastructure is nice in Labs good computers and AC. Classrooms they can develop it a bit more like AC or Teaching tools and elevator for students.
Faculty: The teachers were very intelligent and experienced in their domain and the quality of the teaching was dense it was understandable and some might use local languages but it will be understood. The course curriculum was relevant and it does make students industry ready. The pass percentage is 80 and yes the exams are a bit difficult.
Other: I chose this course because it is growing world and will have ways to survive and the best things about the course are if you like to learn the computer languages and coding this will be such an dopamine high course. There will be only one event in campus that is theta.

Guaranteed placements and world class infrastructure.
Placements: Around 95% of the students get placed every year. Top recruiters are Amazon, Walmart, Oracle, TCS, CTS, Infosys, and PayPal. The highest package is INR 12 LPA, and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. The top role offered is that of software developer. Around 75% of students get internship offers.
Infrastructure: 24x7 Wi-Fi is available. High-end labs are there with advanced technology. The library has a good ambience. The best classrooms are there, with proper ventilation and projector facilities. Multiple hostels with good mess food are available. There are many canteens available with good-quality foods.
Faculty: Faculty members were highly knowledgeable and qualified. One can learn more from the faculty members. They were helpful in setting the basics and tracking career progress. The course curriculum is well designed to meet industry expectations. However, students need to develop additional skills. Semesters are highly analytical. One needs a better understanding of the topics to answer them. Mere memorizing will not help in exams. The pass percentage is around 80–90%.
Other: I was very passionate about computers, hence, I chose the course. The best aspect of the course is that it emphasizes practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge. Some kind of collaboration with industry partners during the course will help to understand industry expectations. Events like Theta and Kuruksastra will be amazing. One can enjoy and learn at the same time.

Review of Srinivasa Ramanujan Center, SASTRA.
Placements: There are many students who placed every year. But this year there is a very less percentage of placements on campus. The average package is 6 LPA. 70-80% of students got internships from my course and there are companies like Infosys, TCS, Ninja, Capgemini, Comcast, etc.
Infrastructure: Compared to the main campus, this campus doesn't have any good infrastructure. There is a library in the college with limited seats. There is no hostel for Srinivasa Ramanjan Centre campus. There is a small canteen here with minimal items.
Faculty: The teachers are not highly qualified. But some of them are good. And knowledgeable. The teaching quality is okay. The semester and mid examinations were very difficult; they don't even give good marks. The faculty are very strict. The pass marks are 50 out of 100. Three will be 50-50 marks for CIAs.

    Infrastructure is very bad.
Placements: In the previous year's batch, approximately 85 percent of students were placed on our SASTRA SRC campus. The highest package offered was 35 lacs per annum, the average package was 8 lacs per annum and the lowest package was 3 lacs per annum. Many MNCs are visiting our campus .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the SRC campus is very poor compared to the SASTRA main campus, but there are enough resources for departmental needs; there is no vibrant campus life. On the SRC campus, there is no hostel facility; you can stay outside of the campus. There are some private hostels and rooms near the campus.
Faculty: The SASTRA SRC campus faculty are well qualified and knowledgeable; they are well qualified and the teaching quality is very good. They also prepare the student for the industry, ready to place the students in a good industry. The semester exams were tough compared to the other competitive universities; the pass percentage was 50%.
