SASTRA is an excellent and disciplined college.
Placements: Placement opportunities provided in our college are very good. Nearly, all the students are placed according to their CGPA. All the companies are being invited to the campus, and the placements are very good until now. Many companies are ready to offer jobs to students of SASTRA because of their talent and standard of education.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not much good but all the essential facilities like laboratories, library, etc., are available in the college. All the facilities are present in a disciplined manner. All the labs are well-structured and very convenient to use while doing experiments. The infrastructure is not bad but sufficient.
Faculty: Every staff member in our college follows the curriculum of their department. Every faculty member takes lectures according to their timetable. The teaching is very good. We, as students of SASTRA, are glad to have taken admission in this college.
Other: The college provides scholarships under the scheme of NSP scholarship. The college conducts events like Kurusastra and Daksh.

Sastra University is one of the top engineering colleges in India.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in good companies. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. About 90% of students got placed in companies. Top roles offered were assistant manager, etc. Placements were good, and most of the students were satisfactory. The placement drives were conducted by well-reputed companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available all over the campus. The hostel had a lift, geyser, and Wi-Fi facilities. There were many hostels in the university like the newly built Vinaya block, Kamadhenu, and Vasista for boys and girls.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and highly qualified. Their teaching quality was good. The course curriculum made students industry-ready. Semester exams were tough and the pass percentage was 95% because the college had merit students.
Other: I love to study ECE so I chose it. The best things were the faculty members and labs. Some big fests and sports competitions were conducted. The ECE branch was one of the famous and growing branches of Sastra University. All professors were friendly, helpful, and encouraging.

It is difficult to get a seat in SASTRA as your JEE Main percentile doesn't meet the expected based on the stream, so just give a try based on stream i.e., based on IPE marks. All the best for your future.
