The college has a good curriculum and placements for IT students.

Placements: IT and computers branch have relatively better placements than other branches. The ratio was almost 10:1. Other branch placements should also be taken care. The salary offered was quite low than the market value. People are sitting for the interviews and getting selected but they are not getting joining letters.

It is an excellent place to study and explore yourself.

Placements: There is an excellent placement cell in the college. They provide good placement assistance. The companies like Jain Irrigation Systems, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, and many more companies have come for placements. The highest package provided was 8 LPA. Mostly students with first class are preferred.

The placements are okay. The infrastructure is good for students. The faculty is not satisfied.

Placements: The placements during our batch are okay. 20-30% of the students are placed in this college. 2.7 LPA is the high one, and 1.9 LPA is the lower one. The companies like L&T, TCS, Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. , Yippee Technology and many more are coming. Most of them opted for the off-campus placement. The companies offer jr. engineering or software engineer posts. The internship is not much available for the students. Nowadays, the college is working on it, and providing the students with the pla...

A good place to grow but not the best to rise in individual life.

Placements: For the placements, there was a different department which looks into the all placement things in the college. At the time when I was in final year, many of the companies has came for our selection in the first half of final year. Jain Irrigation is one of them. It has given many students their path to grow in their particular field. Overall for our batch it was average but lower than our seniors batch.

Overall, the college is not up to the mark when compared to other private colleges.

Placements: The training and placement department of our college was not up to the mark. Hardly, there were no campus placements for our batch. I got selected in a company which later on I discovered that it was a fake company. Hardly, 20% of our batch got placed on the campus placements. The companies like Vsynergize and Wipro-BPO used to visit for recruitment. Mostly, the roles offered to us was the software engineer.

It is better college in NMU. If you have good options in other universities, then go for those.

Placements: The placement cell is just for the namesake. Only startup companies visit the campus for placements for IT and computer science students. The students like me who are in core fields will be no scope for placements. Some combined placements also happen in the university, but the eligibility criteria are tough, that is, even 1% of the students won't qualify for it.

Good infrastructure, but poor placements.

Placements: The college has a placement cell which provides placement and placement assistance to all the students. Mainly the technology startups come down to the campus for the placements. Here, a combined placement also takes place for all the colleges under North Maharashtra University. For my batch, placements were around 30%. Also, companies such as L&T, Infotech, Bridgestone, Wipro, TATA CMC came down to campus for the placements. College also provides no internship here.

The best engineering in Maharashtra.

Placements: The placements were good enough to place the students having good knowledge and skills to Improve the company's status and growth. The college is helping the students to get placed by conducting many soft skill workshops for all the streams. Aptitude workshops are conducted for 7th and 8th semester students.

Placements: In the college huge placements takes place in every field and the companies like TCS, Ceat pharmaceutical chemical companies, Telecommunication companies, etc. come for placement. The package for mechanical branch goes up to 9.5 LPA and each separate criteria for the placement in the college.

One of the best college for the quality education in the profession.

Placements: From the last decade, the various IT, computer and telecommunications industries visited our college and recruited the students of our college. Alumni of my college is in our country and abroad. About 30-40 students were placed in this year. The highest package offered is 2.5 lacs per annum, and the lowest offered is 1.2 lacs per annum. L&T, Capgemini etc. visited the campus.

The very best college for engineering.

Placements: The college has the best placement and is the most preferred college by some leading companies. Nearly about all students are placed, and they do good jobs in MNC. Some students also do jobs in MBA sector also, and some are working abroad. The placement team trains us regarding aptitude and other knowledge which is used for clearing companies' test.

Placements: A lot of branded and popular structural investigators like L&T, Aditya Birla Group, etc. come to choose pearls from here to create an amazing, superior, world-class construction sites. Near about 25 toppers of our class were selected in campus interviews. A student got selected in L&T and was offered 4.6 lakhs per annum package.

Good infrastructure, zero placements, and average faculty members.

Placements: The placement is very poor in this college. About the history of our placement department is very poor, at least 1% students also not placed from last 3 to 4 years. This year, no reputed companies visited the campus. So it's not wrong to say that the placements are zero. The only companies came are local companies and the pay scale us up to Rs. 10,000.

The infrastructure and facilities are the best of SSBT.

Placements: The placement of our senior batch is quite good. The percentage of students placed is good. I don't know the perfect percentage. Almost Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 is the starting salary for the students. The students do not get the internship frequently. Jain, Supreme are the companies that frequently visit the campus.

The college has a good infrastructure and facility.

Placements: The previous batch had a good placement, and most of them got placed in the core companies, and few of them went for higher studies. but this time core company did not come probably because of the demonetization and due to which most of the students did not get placed, though some of them even tried their best so that they can get jobs. In fact, other than the core branches most of the students got placed.

The best college in NMU with the best infrastructure

Placements: According to placements, our college is average. About 20-30% students were placed from different branches in last year. Usually, multinational companies are not interested but companies that hire students they also give good package (about 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA). Some of the companies that came here in recent years are Capgemini (MNC), Yippee Technology, Syntel (MNC), L&T Infotech (MNC), Bosch (MNC), etc.

Review of SSBT’s College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements at SSBT are satisfactory as compared to other colleges in North Maharashtra University. 20-40% of the students get placed from the college but this no has been further reduced since the new Head of Department Mr. Patnaik has taken the seat of HOD. Only focus on academics and no provision of basic soft-skills and workshops make the students of SSBT stand back in the competitive world of IT Sector. The salary range for the campus was about 1.2 LPA - 2.5 LPA. Companies like PPRL(Jalgaon)...

Placements: Placements on the campus are the best, but extra classes are required for better jobs. Networking courses are very useful for jobs and CCNA is required. In our college, the average salary offered by companies is 2.5 lakhs per year.

Overall, a good experience from this college. It helped me to succeed.

Placements: This college has an excellent track record for placements in the MBA department for many years. Many financial companies visited this college for placements. Near about 70 to 80 percent students every year got selected in campus interviews. Axis Bank plays the major role in placements from this college.

Placements: Placements are very good in the college, especially for the computer branch. Also, for the mechanical branch, there is a good number of placements offered. The packages offered are in the range of 3 to 5 lakhs. Overall, its a good college from the point of view of placements.
