    A: 

    VIT Vellore is ranked 17 and SSNCE at 80 under the “overall” category in the NIRF 2023 rankings. The MBA fee in SSNCE is INR 35,000 and for VIT MBA is INR 6.97 lakh. Hence, the VIT is a better SSN in terms of ranking. But the fee is more economical at SSN College of Engineering.     For admission to the Management quota, the selection is done based on the applicants academic performance and admission test. Shortlisted candidates are further required to participate in group discussion, personal interview, and an essay. The final selection is done based on cumulative score in all the selection rounds.     Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for the MBA course at SSN College of Engineering?

    A: 

    Candidates seeking admission who have passed Class 10, Class 12, and UG courses with at least 60% aggregate are eligible for admission to the MBA course. In addition, there should be no arrears during the UG course of study. However, candidates with up to two arrears can apply, but the selection in such a case shall be at the discretion of the institute. Candidate must also hold the academic certificates (original/copies) required for verification purposes.
