Placements: There are no current placement programs for graduates in biochemistry in this college. However, they do help you get into other Don Bosco institutes throughout India and give excellent references for further studies. The college also helps very much in finding institutions for future endeavors and has regular interactive sessions with successful people from all around India.
Placements: 35 students were placed in my course. Companies like NIIT recruits the students for internship and also gives them certificates. 60% students approximately are recruited for internships. Roles offered in my college are Photography, Journalism and desktop publishing.
Placements: 60% is the minimum percentage required for this college. The highest package offered is 50,000, and the lowest salary is 23,000. Many companies approach our college. They provide internships, and after that, you will get the placement. B.Sc, B.Com, and mass media are the best courses in Anthony's.
Placements: Around 35 students are placed in our batch. Courses like journalism, photography, and desktop publishing are offered in our course. Many students opted for Internshala. Top recruitment companies like NIFT foundation, etc., visit the campus. Top roles offered in our course are a photographer, a journalist, a newspaper publisher, magazines, etc.
Placements: About 60% of the students are offered jobs while they're studying in this institution. The commerce department students are offered the highest number of jobs compared to other departments. The college does not disclose the exact salary packages offered to students. However, according to the college brochure and website, top companies like Google, TCS, Infosys, Axis Bank, Mahindra and Mahindra, Oracle, Tata, etc., visit here to offer job opportunities to students. Besides the campus placements, ...
Placements: Less than 30% of the students were offered placements and the rest did not get placements. Most of the recruiters were from different banks such as SBI, HDFC Bank, etc. Usually, the posts offered for B.Com were junior assistant or junior manager.
Placements: From the 6th semester, understudies are qualified for ground positions. Organisations like Cisco, Infosys, Google, State Bank of India, India Aircraft, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit our college to select freshers. The nature of the arrangements made is extraordinary. Furthermore, I expect that about 80% of understudies for ground-level roles, digital marketers and realistic designers in the field of startups were hired in huge numbers. Other than that, students were hired based on their intere...
Placements: The college did not have a very robust policy to place its B.Com students. So most graduates had to look for placements on their own and got close to no support from the Institute. Also I was not interested in placements as I wanted to go for further studies.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students in our course got placed. The average salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Amazon and all huge IT sector companies visit our college for placements. Almost 20% of the students got the job which they applied for, especially for fresh graduates post.
Placements: Some very well-known companies visit our college for recruitment, but I am not sure about the placement statistics. Google, TCS, some leading banks and insurance companies and healthcare companies were among those companies which recruited students from our college. I am not very sure about the salary packages offered.
Placements: There is a placement cell and a placement coordinator who looks after job placements of the students. Many of the graduates and post graduates got placement in well known companies like HDFC bank, Union Bank of India, NIIT, etc. Which offer a fair package.
Placements: The college does not have a placements policy and no one gets the opportunity to sit for placements. At least that was the case when I was a student. We got no corporate exposure whatsoever and honestly, that left us quite lost after graduation without much guidance.
Placements: The college provide us with decent placements with different companies every year. Campus recruitment takes place for students in pursuing their last semester and offer jobs with fair packages. To qualify one needs to go through a rigorous process of GD/PI and written examination. The jobs are pretty attractive and the opportunity to grow is huge.
Placements: The students got placed in companies like Wipro and Google with starting package of 2.5 LPA. Most of them did not go for interview. Only few student went for campus recruitment. They get placed in executive roles or lower management. The highest package offered was 3.5 LPA.
Placements: In our course, 30 students got placed. BBC News, Times Now, NAT and GEO are the top recruiters of our college. Roles like a director, news reporter, journalist and photographer are offered. About 50% of the students got internships in different companies, but I don't the company names. Most of them are freelance.
Placements: Placements are not provided in our college at bachelor's degree level. At the master's level, there are some placements, but I studied up to B.Sc. level. Most of these placements were offered by the state's department of biotechnology to which our course is registered. Most internships are in biotech companies around India.
Placements: Our department is a pioneer when it comes to field like journalism, filmmaking and mass communication. Several passouts have landed jobs abroad and telecom companies in Mumbai and other places. The knowledge we receive often is enough for anyone to start working as soon as graduation.
Placements: The placements during my batch were not really satisfying as there were only fewer companies that came to our campus like Infosys and TCS. Very few students attended the placements as most of them either wanted to pursue higher studies or were looking for a job in the city itself and did not want to go outside. It was however the same for the seniors as well.
Placements: It is very good to be in such a college with most of the experts and experienced faculty members. Regarding our placements, many of my friends have got it. Some of the students have done the internship. The monthly stipend offered is around Rs. 9,000. I want to go for the higher studies, so I didn't apply for the job.
Placements: There is no placement procedure after graduation. But still, companies like Wipro, Infosys etc comes for placement. No harm in graduation from this college. One of the best colleges in Shillong. Recommended for everyone. No one will be a dissatisfied after completion of course from this college.
